First room almost no water flow at vanity sink. Shower handle fell off! Changed rooms, 2nd room toilet water kept running. Overall the rooms and furnishings are VERY old, tired and need complete renovation. The room photos on the hotel website bear no resemblance to the actual hotel rooms. VERY UNSATISFACTORY OVERALL !!

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable and the location was prime.
Cons (-) Cleanliness was awful. Stains on bed skirt and there was a trash can full of water in the corner. The hair dryer was smoking and had a hole in the side where it burned a hole in the side and another was starting. The lighting in the bathroom was awful and made it impossible to get ready. The sink in the bathroom also took a few mins to drain after washing my hands. Bad place and wouldn’t stay here...

Pros (+) Convenient for Freeway and Downtown.
Cons (-) Staff not welcoming. Room very average, but in need of some updating. Bed comfortable and shower good, but not as good as the price paid.

Pros (+) Location was the best in town. But that was the ONLY good thing. If you can find another place near by for a similar price, take it.
Cons (-) Pretty much everything else you want in a hotel room sucks. The cleanliness, size, and overall comfort, all lacking. There was a strange noise coming from the pipes all night that made it nearly impossible to sleep and when we told them about it, they were indifferent. Only good thing is the location.

Pros (+) It was near downtown and an event I was attending. Like I said it served it's purpose of a place to sleep.
Cons (-) Lack of water pressure, bathrooms could be updated and better maintained.

Pros (+) I loved the location. We arrived around 10:00 pm and the white building with the bright lights was really impressive. I would loved to have had the time to visit the Old Town the next day but we had to hit the road. The room was well decorated and the furnishings seem to be of good quality. The bed was comfortable.
Cons (-) We use raw egg in our coffee and unfortunately one dropped on the carpet near the dining table. I got it up so egg was on the hand towel but there was dark dirty areas on the towel as well which meant that the carpet looked clean but it was really dirty.
