Pros (+) It was as advertised
Cons (-) The bed wasn’t comfortable, so I didn’t sleep well at all. We had to wait nearly ten minutes at the front desk before anyone even acknowledged we were there to check in and there was no way to alert anyone to our presence (a bell maybe?).

Pros (+) We came to the area with no firm plans for accommodations. We chose this property from brand familiarity. The room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again if we return to the area in the future. The property is conveniently located to shopping, dining and the interstate.
Cons (-) Visibility of entrance from main road was hard to see.

Pros (+) My husband booked a room for me. I arrive to check in and since he is not present and needed to be due to credit card being in his name I can't check in. The reseptionist told me if i were to go through a third party and book a room I wouldn't have an issue then and then I'll be able to check in and stay. So after cancling my $459.00 transaction, I rebooked and spent $544.00 just to be told AGAIN ...
Cons (-) Everything.

Pros (+) The room was very clean, the location was perfect, checking out was fast, decent breakfast, some of the staff was courtesy.
Cons (-) Our room wasn't ready at check-in, we got put on the 3rd floor and we were told to try to keep our 3 year old from jumping or making to much noise.
