Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to metro stations, Ximen area, and convenience for sightseeing. The staff are frequently described as friendly and helpful, and several reviews mention spacious rooms. However, there are repeated complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding humidity, mold, and musty smells in rooms and bathrooms. Some guests also found the bathroom layout awkward or lacking privacy, and a few experienced issues with missing items or communication with staff. Overall, the positives center on location, service, and room size, while cleanliness and bathroom conditions are common concerns.
