Pros: Location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel well exceeded my expectations. I will always look to stay at this hotel first.
Cons: Nothing
6,0 Good
Pros: I am a regular here. I love the employees. They are all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is fortunate to have such dedicated workers.
Cons: Again, I am a regular here. I did receive an email about the pool being closed. But nowhere did it state that this hotel is under MAJOR construction. There are huge vehicles and work trucks taking up many of the close parking spaces. There is a LOT going on inside. One day, I supposed I will be grateful. But this trip, I was very disappointed that the price I paid did NOT reflect the major remodel going on here. To top it off, breakfast was probably the most meager I have had here. It was tasteless and underwhelming. No fruit today. The TVs here need some major updating. Very few channels and signal is not strong consistently.
5,0 Okay
Cons: I saw 2 small roaches in the room.
1,0 Poor
Pros:  the lady in charge of cleaning.
Cons: My whole family, including myself, had horrible allergies. Even though, we were told the A/C was just changed, every time it would turn on, the smell of mold was intense. I had horrible migraine that lasted for days. We had to change hotels.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Service and room
Cons: No
6,3 Good
Pros: Clean, good location
Cons: They are doing renovations which made it noisy from early in the morning, and some entrances are closed.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was easy to find, and parking was well lit. The breakfast and happy hour were nice.
5,0 Okay
Pros: I liked the space of the king deluxe and the breakfast wasn’t too bad.
Cons: Lady working at the front desk Christmas Eve night was a bit rude she definitely could have handled her words better. Not really worth the money paid it’s a bit outdated , should have stayed at the Marriott. If you’re looking for cheaper options la Quinta is better and nicer as well.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. The evening food/drinks is a nice bonus. There is some construction going on around the outside of the hotel but it wasn't an issue.
7,0 Good
Pros: The front desk team was friendly as could be!
Cons: Construction noise, assuming it will be over soon though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is close to the Smart Financial event center. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. The location is nice and the staff is friendly.

Pros: Location
Cons: The a/c stopped working the first night. I let the staff, they had no other rooms available and they would fix it. It stayed damp and humid the entire stay. The cleaning staff took my personal pillows and they were found in the dirty laundry room

Pros: Location
Cons: Had to ask for room change upon arrival as original room smelled like urine. Booked 2 rooms. One under my daughters name and one under my name under my sisters reservation. On check in I was assured that the reservation under my sisters confirmation would be charged to me. Of course it wasn’t. So now I owe my sister in excess of $125.

Pros: I enjoyed the hotels location.
Cons: The a/c in our room would not go below 75 degrees. We called an reported it and no one did anything because it was 11:30pm.

Cons: Booked three rooms for the family. One had an dirty bathroom, one had food crumbs all over the floor. We came to town for an event, and my daughter’s dress shoes went missing. They were sitting in her room when we unpacked; they were not forgotten at home. The mattresses are lumpy, especially the pull out sofa.

Pros: location
Cons: I did not like the cleaning staff trying to come into my room at 9:00 in the morning while we were still in bed. I'm not sure why they were trying to come in to clean if we didn't have to be out until noon?

Pros: The mattress was a new posturepedic and it was comfortable. I did't spend much time there and only needed a good place to sleep. The people in the office were all nice.
Cons: The room had a musty smell but it didn't trigger my allergies and it didn't bother me except upon first entering the room. The hours the office was open were too short for me. I rarely got there before 9pm and the office was closed then.
7,1 Good
Pros: Everything except the floor was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly. The room was clean and well-organized, except for the floors.
Cons: The trash cans, which were under the stairwells and close to the rooms, were full and smelled bad. The parking lot had trash in several places, which was still there the next day. The floor of the first room was covered in strong-smelling clorox water. The floor of the second room was a little greasy and smelled heavily of cleaner, too. I would have liked a thicker blanket.
5,0 Okay
Pros: About all I liked about the accommodations was the price. Property representation on website did not meet what was depicted.
Cons: Floors were not clean. Some lights in "suite" did not work. Asked for replacement of bulbs and nothing was done. Roaches in room. Uncomfortable watching TV. Guide on TV worthless as hen droppings on a pump handle. I would NOT stay at this location again.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: It was clean and nice.
Cons: No complaints.

Pros:  the lady in charge of cleaning.
Cons: My whole family, including myself, had horrible allergies. Even though, we were told the A/C was just changed, every time it would turn on, the smell of mold was intense. I had horrible migraine that lasted for days. We had to change hotels.
