Pros: The hotel is basic and you get what you pay for. Friendly and helpful staff and a small clean room .

Cons: The hotel does not have any bicycle storage. I would not recommend the hotel if you are travelling by bike, as the rooms are small, and the hotel did not have anywhere we could store our bikes.

Pros: The choices were very limited. Some warm entries would have been better.

Pros: The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Perfect for our one night stop over. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

Pros: I was clean and it was in a great location.

Cons: The windows did not have blackout shades and there was a significant amount of light that came it at night making it difficult to sleep.

Cons: They overbooked the hotel and had no room for me despite me having prepaid. Then they sent me somewhere else that was homey, but certainly less expensive. So I ended up paying more and getting less. I would have preferred they refund my money and I find another place on my own.

Pros: Nice breakfast, spacious rooms, fresh (not stuffy) air. Supermarket and shopping center with a foodcourt in the same building. Good matresses, fresh bed linen. The hotel uses the mall's parking which means there's lots of space for your car. Parking height is 1.9m.

Cons: A little bit cold in the room - we could not find a way how to make it warmer, the conditioiner did not seem to react to any actions. It was not critical for us, because we don't like sleeping in a hot room, but it might be not very comfortable for someone.

Cons: there's no reply when something being asked (through booking.com or email.), the parking sign is not obvious so we had to turn around and around in the Parkhaus.

Cons: New hotel chain removed my favorite 2 items on breakfast. salmon and the square Seeds bread ( there is a similar one, but not the same )

Pros: Loved the location, easy to find and placed nicely in a forest area. Great for walking our dog. Breakfast was really nice and the parking options were great altho you had to pay for both underground and outside parking but I’d rather pay for secure parking than park out on the road.

Cons: The bathroom door, couldn’t open it or close it quietly but it was minor. Just needs some kind of dampening on it.

Cons: Booked a queen bed got 2 twin beds pushed together. Not very comfortable. Room cleaning came in room without knocking while we were napping.

Pros: Have stayed here a few time. Pleasant woodsy location. Comfortable room. Friendly staff. Wooded paths next to the hotel. Breakfast is good. Restaurant is good too although I have only eaten there once.

Cons: No real issues. There is not a lot within walking distance, if that is an issue, although there is a small village very close. There is an Italian restaurant you can walk to but not sure what else.

Pros: The breakfast was really good with a great choice of fresh breads, mixed meats/cheese and cooked options.. including tasty bratwurst! There was a great selection of tea and juice. Although there were some options for those with allergies, items were poorly labelled - it’s recommended to ask staff! The restaurant had a good atmosphere both in the evening and morning, it’s quiet and warm and was decorated tastefully for Christmas.

Cons: The room was uncomfortable and smelt like stale cigarettes. The smell was so intense it stayed on our luggage and hair, it was not nice to sleep in the room unless the windows were open and some fresh air was entering! The bathroom was dark and had a very weak shower which was sideways over the bath, it just wasn’t practical and made washing difficult. The bed was relatively soft, but the sheets didn’t look clean - there were small stains on the sheet and a greasy mark on one of the pillows. It was very old fashioned and worn out. In the morning whilst the cleaners were going round we did peer into opposite rooms, these seemed to have been refurbished, so I guess we were very unlucky! Made us feel like it wasn’t worth the money we paid and a big let down as we had travelled all the way from Wales to see the mountains and city of Stuttgart. The gym facility was also very poor and the sauna room didn’t open until 10am - yet you need to check out at 12 noon. It looked very good but it was a shame we didn’t have time to use it. The food in the restaurant was expensive, but not great - the beef roulade was so tough it was hard to eat and the gravy used in the dishes was ridiculously salty! I would not recommend, but there isn’t anything else close by. The hotel is somewhat isolated unless you have a car to travel.

Pros: Location was good for our needs, the rooms small, basic, but clean and comfortable.

Pros: Very good location (close to S-bahn), clean room and bathroom with nice towels and shower gel, friendly stuff, no problems with parking a car. We had a bottle of water waiting for us on the table, which was nice, especially after the night drinking beer.

Cons: To use the WiFi you need to login using the credentials that are written in the note in the room. It is quite annoying, because very often you need to login again (I have a SIM card from EU, so I just used my LTE). I don't really see the purpose being so protective about hotel WiFi, especially so far from the city center.

Pros: Clean, comfortable facilities. Very good variety of breakfast items. Friendly and helpful receptionist despite not speaking my language. Managed fine, however, using Google Translate. Good sound insulation from road outside when windows and shutters were closed.
