Pros: Generally, not a bad hotel, cleanliness, breakfast and the basics are very OK and the location is very good too. However, the heating problem really messed up our stay...

Cons: We were to stay there for 1 night only and the purpose was business - hence we only needed the basics (a bed, a good shower, breakfast and a warm room). First 3 were very OK, but heating was a huge issue. The room was extremely cold, the windows were huge and were bringing in the freezing air from outside and the heating was only by air conditioning. At first we thought that by upping the AC we'd be fine.. alas! The AC was going only up to 16 C and it wasn't working at all - the room was stable at 22 C room temp for 3 hours! We called reception to fix this, they send someone (not technician) to check it and they couldn't do anything to fix it as it seems. They told us that the room is perfectly fine, because it has the same temperature as outside!! I've never heard thie before in my life (honestly, would it then be OK for me to just sleep outside)??? They told us that there is no other room for us to change and they just offered us ... tea!! Honestly, one of the WORST experiences I've had at a hotel and the funny thing is that it's all due to the night staff, as the morning guys simply offered us a portable radiator and all was fine!

Cons: The smell in our room on arrival was awful no fan in the bathroom the light above the basin did not work and the safe was broken. No mini bar or fridge in the room. Bathroom toiletries lacking.

Cons: Their internet was broken the whole trip. For a business hotel this was unacceptable.

Pros: Very clean, kind staff, good location (only 20 minutes on foot from the city center)

Cons: The building is quite old, so I could hear all the noise coming from the street (including a girl yelling "help" a few times for which I called the police...). I could even hear my neighbours closing the curtains and talking. The bed and the pillow were quite soft so long story shot I barely slept. The reception times over the weekend are a bit inconvenient (only open between 7-12) but they allow self check-in so it's not a big deal. The breakfast seemed nice but unfortunately I couldn't try it out because I had to leave early to catch my train. The price was ok, but I paid 60 for a single room which I believe is a bit overpriced.

Pros: The staff is very friendly. Very central location near the public transport. Good breakfast and near is one really good restaurant.

Pros: The location was close to a u-bahn stop and the staff was friendly.

Cons: Tiny room, tiny bathroom, no lift, the staff didn't speak any English, the breakfast was very minimal even for a continental breakfast. No a/c so it was uncomfortable for sleeping most nights unless you left the window open to the noisy street below. Not convenient for a quick outing for food or drink as there was nothing nearby.

Cons: internet connection does not work, or was really poor, doesnot work mostly. breakfast was poor but probably appropriate to szuttgart and price level of hotel. salamas seems like defrozen ones.

Pros: Good breakfast. Clean. Even did my laundry for a fee and it came back smelling great!

Cons: Was quite noisy with other guests and location was a little removed from city centre. Not a problem for me but could be if you’re looking for something central.
