Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests reported significant dissatisfaction with their stay. Many experienced issues with service, including reservation refusals, misleading staff, and unhelpful management. Cleanliness was a recurring concern, with reports of dirty rooms, stains, and pest problems. Breakfast offerings were frequently described as subpar or missing altogether. Construction and maintenance issues further contributed to negative experiences. While a few guests noted positive aspects such as friendly staff or comfortable beds, these were outweighed by the numerous complaints.
