There needs to be a HUGE disclaimer stating that you will not be rented a vehicle if you only have a debit card and your credit rating is bad. Why this as any bearing on whether or not a person can pay the rental fee is beyond me. Needless to say I did NOT, was NOT able to rent the vehicle.5,6 Fair

Did not get car I reserved. Only smaller car was offered. As a result, we had to have one of our children ride with others and, as a tall person, it was a production getting into and out of the smaller car. Made a change to the length of the reservation and asked two separate customer service people on two different days to send me a confirmation by email.
