Pros: Breakfast was excellent with very good choices very tasty. Beds were a disappointment other than that an excellent stay
Cons: Its time to do upgrading to the beds. Room was clean and very cool but folks that bedding has got to go
7,1 Good
Pros: Room was clean. Breakfast was ok, staff of restaurant were helpful and pleasant
Cons: At check in my card was declined. The lady who checked me in was most annoying. Offered to pay cash she refused until I showed her that a notice right in front of her stayed that I could offer alternative payments if there were issues in black and white. She was very disagreeable and unwilling to help if not for my insistence that it was a non refundable booking and I can’t take a chance that if I went else where I won’t be charged. Eventually she took cash for the room and another card for the incidental. And I offered the solution. As far as she was concerned I should just go away. I arrived after 8pm and for all she knew I could have been traveling for over 24hours!

Pros: Eggs were not fluffy because all they have is waffles. Bed was better than most. Upsetting was coffee pot did not work; no hot or even warm water at sink; entry light did not work so had to feel my way to a working light switch; old food left in refrigerator; one trash can so had to walk across room to dispose of trash; sofa could use a cleaning; loose tiles in bathroom. All around poor maintenance. Got email from Booking.com about no show on reservation. Offered to send copy of receipt to prove we did show. Suspect we'll have future problem booking on line. We stay mainly at Super 8s. Have to rethink this.
Cons: See above for details. Very disappointed. This is only the 2d bad and by far worst Super8 we've stayed in. And we have stayed in quite a few. Most have been very nice and good value priced. No longer can assume we'll have a good experience with Super 8 or online booking because of mix up.

The business room was semi private, with room for two or more, but not located in the lobby, which is nice.
