It was close to most things and you could walk but there is a free shuttle so that makes it irrelevant.
Room had bugs, flys, and we saw a cockroach in the hallway. When we arrived I took our luggage to the second floor and one of the stair nosing was loose and I almost fell. Sidewalks are broken up but they did spray the problem areas with red paint.
The view from the parking lot was wonderful. The associated restaurant was nice. The rooms were comfortable. Parking was convenient. The free Zion shuttle picked us up right in front of the hotel and dropped us off across the street on the way back.
The breakfast was poorly cooked. The path between our room and the office was narrow and lined with dangerous cactus, which made passing other hotel guests a bit dicey. Not too bad...
Provided breakfast didn't open until 7 am - too late if you want to get an early start in Zion NP.
Everything was perfect for us!! The room, the pool, the service, the books to share on a shelf and the DVDs to tent for free, the breakfast in their diner on property and the cosy private sitting outside (watchman mountain view for us), the fridge and micro. And the shuttlebus right in front of the hotel!
The laundry room was outdated and needs maintenance.
Convenient to Zion National Park and provided parking for the stay. Convenient to the park's shuttle system.
Expensive. Breakfast was getting a voucher for a nearby restaurant. Instead of getting vouchers for entire stay, we needed to go in each day for them.
