Pros (+) Proximity to Zion with the view. Hostess was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great and self-serve.

Pros (+) I can not say enough good things about this hotel. The located was excellent. The park gate was maybe 100 feet away. We had only booked 2 nights and loved it so much we stayed 2 extra days. Pros (+) Comfortable room. Close to Zion. Springdale was charming and friendly.

Cons (-) Our room was poorly maintained. The toilet and shower did not work well. Had water damage in bathroom. The carpet was dirty. It was the most expensive motel on my trip
Pros (+) The place is older, for sure, and not as "boutique" as some of the inns and B&B's. It's not modern like some of there chains, either. But I loved it. It was relatively inexpensive compared to any other place available (and months before our trip to Zion hotel rooms were hard to come by) -- staying near Zion isn't going to be cheap.
