Pros: Excellent location, easy walk from the ProntoBus, trains, and the beach. The continental breakfast was the best I've seen with exceptional variety and specially prepared breakfast options. Staff was quite friendly and accommodating with excellent English language skills.
Pros: Everything about this hotel exceeded expectations. The staff were outstanding -- super friendly and helpful. even provided us with a bit of a history lesson about Pescaras rile in WWII which I was very interested in learning about. Staff treated customers like they were the owners, which for all I know perhaps they were. Breakfast was outstanding. Excellent location very close to restaurants shopping and waterfront. Pescara is a bit off the beaten tourist path but that is why we went. Would definitely stay here again if we make it to this part of the world again.
Pros: Service was excellent! Very clean, great breakfast, and attentive service!!!!
Pros: The staff are very nice. They couldn’t do enough to make sure you are comfortable and happy. The breakfast is very good, and although the rooms are spartan, they are very clean.
Cons: The beds and pillows and bed covers could be and should be improved, and the showers definitely need updating. Also the red vinyl decor isn’t great.

Cons: No negatives
Pros: Very nice and helpful receptionist Valeria. The hotel is central and you can walk to the seafront restaurants. The room was standard, but the breakfast was very pleasant.

Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful
Cons: There was sand all over the floor and the bathroom was quite small
Pros: It is right next to the beach. However, there was almost nobody (and most beachfront restaurants/cafes shut) in early November. The room is small but nicely equipped. The included breakfast is overall very good (not many items, but enough varieties). The front desk staff are pleasant and speak good English.
Cons: It is a little far from train station and central shopping area. However, I guess people (mainly in summer) come to stay here for beach, not for shopping. :)
Pros: Very kindly Staff - nice location
Pros: Very good home made pastry at breakfast Nice staff
Cons: The breakfast didn’t had lots of stuff except the cakes Expensive private beach
Pros: Staff was great and incredibly welcoming. I really thank everyone and wish I could find the same kindness elsewhere. Congratulations and thank you.
Pros: Location is good and the downstairs lobby and breakfast area is very nice.
Cons: The rooms are nice to but at a closer look you see that they urgently need renovation. My first room was in a very poor condition. The walls had paint coming off, all handles in the bathroom were loose and when I showered, water leaked through the wall into my room. I complained and got only the next day another room and they did not offer any financial compensation for this disasterous room. The next room was better but also here you could see small cracks in the pain, scratches and broken tiles.
Pros: Friendly staff, excellent sweets made by Angela, everyday she cooked different one's, very pleasant and helpful person.location of hotel near the beach, and close to centre... about 800 meters,

Pros: It really is beautiful inside Although from outside it looks a bit grubby but once inside its lovely The staff where wonderful Breakfast was nice Location to the station and buses and a short walk to the beach Great value
Cons: There was nothing I did not like
Pros: Lovely building nice room
Cons: Breakfast was poor. Found hotel difficult to find lots of one way streets
Elegant and comfortable 4 stars hotel in Francavilla al Mare, the Best Western Villa Maria Hotel has 87 rooms, all with sea or garden view and equipped with direct dial telephone, minibar, satellite TV and air conditioning; our guests can chose between standard, superior, deluxe rooms or suite. The hotel is located on a hill overlooking the Adriatic sea, it is an oasis where to spend relaxing holidays, taking care of themselves. Great halls and private spaces, the bar in the park, an outdoor pool, a nice private beach, a private outdoor parking complete the picture of our hospitality offer.
Pros: beatiful and quiet place where you can stay and not far from the center of the main cities (Francavilla or Pescara). All the confort available (garden, swimmingpool, sauna etc). Staff very professional.
Cons: The SPA is old, needs to be redone, especially the steam room and the sauna which are also small comparing them to the size of the hotel and the number of people who have access.
Pros: Breakfast setting Dinner setting Gardens (could do with some maintenance) Beach shuttle Good value for money set breakfast (at €4) Man as head of restaurant staff - attentive and kind
Cons: Pool attendant/lifeguard service appeared to be non-existent. Our experience of taking food orders, making sure guests are ok, clearing away plates and glasses, tidying seating areas was not there. Her time was spent on her mobile phone for the duration of her shift Brown eco toilet roll was unappealing Decor requires updating (appears to be from the 80s) Cleanliness level in the room could be improved Cleanliness of the pool (green algae covered the pool floor) and is not in line with other 4 star hotels we have stayed in Modernisation required Limited choice of menu (if you are staying for longer than a couple of nights) Very very remote. Car is required Our experience was that taxis (if you can get one) cost €25 regardless of where you are travelling to (2 miles or 10 miles)
Pros: The property is big, has a restaurant and a nice small pool.
Cons: For this price, I was missing the perfection and more care of everything. This starts with the missing paper in the guest toilets and ends with the fact that there was randomly no hot water in our room because of a technical defect.
Pros: The hotel is located on a hill with beautiful view. There is a nice spa.
Pros: The location of the hotel is beautiful. Breakfast each morning was on a veranda overlooking the Adriatic Sea. There is a wonderful pool with many places in the hotel to sit and relax.
Cons: The room was warm, and we had to go to the front desk to ask for the air to turn be turned on. There we also numerous little flies in the room.
Pros: The staff where terrific, nothing was too much trouble. The food and ambience where first class.
Pros: We liked everything about Hotel Villa Maria. The staff all love their jobs and you get the best possible treatment. Everything is fresh, the pool is super, the food and drinks are perfect. And there is a very nice spa and wellness area. We had a nice room with a beautiful view over the Adriatic. We were booked for four nights, but decided to stay longer. So we had 8 nights in a total.
Pros: The entire staff and the hotel manager were more than helpful. The hotel is lovely , set in beautiful park like surroundings with a view of mountains and ocean
Cons: We had ants in our room from the balcony
Pros: Freindly staff, great chef
Cons: The entry from the town could be more appealing
Pros: The staff were wonderful, helpful and very considerate and accomodating without being intrusive, a truly lovely experience. The location above Francavilla, overlooking the Adriatic and the truly romantic indoor/outdoor pool, swimming in the rain, fabulous Spa and staff removed all the stresses from my accident....Villa maria is the perfect tonic!
Pros: absolutely everything, staff exceptional, gorgeous grounds, great food, beautiful location, want to go back soon!
Pros: the setting, the staff,
Pros: We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the hotel restaurant and the next day used the spa facilities and had a massage. The spa was wonderful and both the hotel and spa staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The swimming pool was not as clean as it should have been and I found the decor of the room to be a bit too modern but that was probably the look that this hotel was going for.

Pros: Old hotel but still comfortable. Personnel very kind. Hot and cold Breakfast. Big choice of pastries. Very good location , close to other restaurant. The hotel restaurant good with a good choice. Free parking very useful .
Cons: Rooms bit old and television too small.
Pros: Good location and excellent staff
Cons: The rooftop pool was not conducive to a family stay and had a lack of atmosphere - the pool was also out of action for a few days due to problems - the room was on a split level corridor so with a baby buggy there was a lot of carrying
Pros: The hotel is close to the sea. It has its own sunbeds, so you don't have to pay at the beach. The garden were you can have breakfast is great, the breakfast is good. And all the stuff is very polite.
Cons: The booking is a liar. I highly recommend you to change the description of the rooms! We booked the standard room, and there were 3 photos of the room. I saw the balcony and booked. The balcony is very important for me. On the spot the room was awful! Small without balcony and it looked like a room from 2stars hotel. The door into the bathroom didnt close, there was no portable shower. Everything is old, plastic glasses instead of glasses made of glass like in the normal 4stars hotels. The stuff said that the hotel is full and we can't move. I was really disappointed, it is very expensive and awful. At night it was a spanish party in the garden and we couldn't sleep with a small baby at all.
Pros: Location is superb with a 2 minute walk to the beach. Umbrella assignment was so simple & efficient. The restaurant has a limited menu but good food. Breakfast was extremely well done.
Cons: The restaurant closes the kitchen very early at 9pm - that is our only negative comment!

Pros: Absolutely fantastic! Good and clean facilities, very friendly people, all our needs were addressed in no time. We had a nice room with balcony to enjoy the wonderful sea view. Also the hotel beach bar was handy. The sea is quite shallow, with sandy beach, so absolute top for little kids. We will be back! Tip: There was a great (and cheap) pizza place (Il Ghiottone) just accross the street, popular with the locals. We ended up there all three nights of our stay.
Pros: Well situated property on the beach and reasonably priced. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was modest. We paid for a room with a sea view. The room was not large. Bathroom was of a good reasonable standard.
Pros: Excellent Breakfast, very comfortable veranda, very attentive staff, comfortable, easy access to the beach, comfortable chairs and umbrellas, nice sandy beach
Pros: Fabulous beach and bar area. Great location.
Cons: Being charged for using the beach chairs.
Pros: Great location to the beach. We stayed here during high season and therefor the price we paid was not really worth it. It lowers our rate. It is a good hotel.
Cons: The sun beds were not included. Too much noise in the mornings from the maids.
Pros: Location and onsite parking
Pros: Very friendly staff, nice beach. Kids friendly space. Good free WiFi on the 3d floor and on the beach, but not so good on the 2d floor.

Cons: A little small.
Pros: Lovely place in a perfect location.
Cons: shower broken, no hot water, no one to greet us and check in. Cleaning lady was there and let us come in.

Pros: Great service, excellent breakfast and coffee. Room was cozy and clean. Located very close to the ocean.
Cons: We we're there off season and there were only a few dining options. I guess this is expected at this time of the year.

Pros: Staff v helpful Location good Nice bar next door & resturant further up the road
Cons: Break not good not s good selection

Pros: Nice location, city central, within walking distance of most restaurants, etc. Host, Luigi, is very friendly.
Cons: Thete was secure parking but, because we didn’t reserve ahead, we couldn’t use it. wasn’t much of a breakfast; very noisy; looks like the unit was under construction; No hot coffee wayer in rooms. This place is pretty bare-bones.
Pros: The welcome was warm and friendly and Luigi was more than happy to offer suggestions for places to eat in the area (as we'd arrived at short notice). The breakfast was very good too! I'd recommend it to friends and family as an excellent value for money choice in Pescara.
Pros: the owner of the facility very helpful and cordial, every day a delicious breakfast, very close to the beach, I recommend

It’s location is perfect, with the beautiful beach just across the road. There is an easy walk into the centre and to local restaurants and shops. The staff at Hotel Maja are are always helpful and smiling. The breakfasts are excellent and the bar is well stocked. Our room was perfect, with the most spectacular sea view from the balcony. The entire hotel is spotless and felt like ‘home’ for the 11 nights that we stayed. We totally recommend Hotel Maja to anyone who is looking for a wonderful, great value hotel in the beautiful Pescara !!!!
Cons: Absolutely nothing !
Pros: Location and balcony overlooking the beach.
Cons: No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.
Pros: Lovely sea view. Great shower. The breakfast was excellent and the lady at reception was very efficient and helpful when she booked our taxi and monitored its arrival time
Pros: The room bed was very clean but basic furniture. I liked the fact there was a desk and a little patio - that was a bonus. Nice views. Great location for beach but noisy at night until 2-3 am because of clubs. Nice breakfast. Reception lady helpful & friendly. The man on booking in was a bit incompetent& could not find the booking for a while so that was a bit stressful on arriving.
Cons: See comments above. Checking in slow and incompetent. Noise at night from the clubs.
Pros: Great location...excellent breakfast...nice view from balcony...we had room on the top floor...

Cons: There's not a lot to do in the area, far from the city center/highlights
Pros: Plenty of parking - even for a tall van! Decent free coffee
Cons: Pillows rather flat - needed 2 - quite a way out of town so took a €12 cab each way.
Pros: Breakfast was great and so was the location for the airport. Really liked that there was parking. Brilliant balcony.
Cons: The pillows were hard flat and uncomfortable and no coffee facilities in the room
Pros: Very clean, comfortable and modern. Really nice bathroom and great shower. Good for overnight stay to break up a drive. Easy and free parking for cars out front of the property. Good value.
Cons: Fridge was not cold. Not a location for walking around at all. The city centre / attractive area of Pescara is a drive or taxi (3km away). Cannot be walked at night. Would not feel safe and not an attractive walk.

Would certainly stay in this property again if travelling in summer.

With a stay at Parc Hotel Villa Immacolata in Pescara, you'll be within a 10-minute drive of Provincial Nature Reserve Pineta Dannunziana and Francavilla al Mare Beach. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Very clean hotel, staff very friendly. Did not realise the distance to the beach. They did supply shuttle to the beach.
Pros: Our room was large, clean, and comfortable. The hot water was hot and plentiful. Breakfast was comprehensive, even for my coeliac wife (our table was laid with GF cereals and pastries). And the price … even out of season €66 for our bed and breakfast is very, very good value.
Cons: We had booked this hotel because its restaurant can cater for coeliacs, and has been approved by the AIC (Italian Coeliac Association). Sadly, the Friday evening dinner menu didn't float my GF wife's boat, so I had to drive down to the city to find an AIC approved restaurant. Even more annoying, the Saturday evening menu we saw on our way out the next morning would have met her interest.
Pros: The venue The view , the gym and room
Cons: It is far from Pescara and city
Pros: We were only here one night, wanted to be out of town so perfect. Staff very friendly and helpful. There are lots of gym facilities and spa type facilities which we didn’t use. Sat in very pe@ceful garden setting.
Pros: Well, it’s pretty far from the see but it’s not an issue if you have a car. It has private parking and located on a silent street. It has ramp and available for disabled persons. The bad was quite comfortable. WiFi was working fine
Cons: We had to turn off air conditioning as it had horrible smell. Shower cabin is quite good but it’s not plugged to electricity and it has no conditioning and other features available. I believe the hotel requires renovation.
Pros: Room was huge, nice breakfast
Cons: Hotel hasn't been refurbished since long, but it's big and clean
Pros: Beautiful garden. A perfect retreat with clean, fresh air!
Cons: it was virtually empty, and felt almost abandoned.
With a stay at Hotel Regent in Pescara, you'll be within a 15-minute walk of Provincial Nature Reserve Pineta Dannunziana and Pescara Harbor. Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and a 24-hour front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Breakfast was fine, plenty to choose, the only problem was renovation that was taking place so there was not so much as in normal circumstances.
Cons: Nothing and everything so far.
Pros: It is located just near the sea and and very quiet. The staff is friendly.
Cons: It is a bit far from the city center. The breakfast could be better.
Pros: Hotel is situated near the beach. It is clean but needs to be renovated. Rooms were clean and spacious.
Cons: The breakfast was poor, but the bartender was polite, made great coffee. Heating could be stronger. Air condition was weak. Also, there were some construction going on during the early morning.
Pros: Good location
Pros: Very clean and cheap, overall good value for money
Cons: Had dinner in the restaurant and the restaurant manager bullied the young waitress, our tuna was cooked within an inch of its life and to manage told us Iowa’s the waitress fault, poor girl was in teat, what chef doesn’t know how to cook tuna steak and why was that the waitress es fault. We did voice our disapproval on the day, the hotel was value for money and would recommend
Pros: The hotel was near the beach. The room was cozy and breakfast was good.
Pros: Good reception staff very helpful and knowledgeable about local area. Good position for the beach. Can only recommend Pescara as a holiday place but not much else. Very comfortable hotel except for problems mentioned.
Cons: The restaurant. First time we've been served a pizza and had to cut it ourselves and then get our plates to share it and a salad and collect our condiments and then pay a service fee. Old olive oil in restaurant should have been replaced. Almost non existent Wi-Fi on second floor badly needs fixing with better routers.
Pros: Very helpful and friendly staff!
Pros: The view from the balcony was straight to the sea and the walking distance to it was really short. The bed was comfortable enough, but small like everything else.
Cons: When we came into our room, there were strong strange smell, my guess it was some chemical cleener. Still, the room was not properly cleaned, e.g. a pair of balled up socks laid on the floor behind the chair and there were dust bunnies on the pillow (the linen were otherwise clean). The room was small/oddly shaped and the shower was extremely uncomfortable. The furniture and appliances in the room looks dated ant some of them are damaged. The room door are so badly isolated, that we could hear everything in the hallway like it was in the room. The sounds from others rooms were also hearable.
