Lovely place in a perfect location.

Value for the dollar. Clean and attractive. The daughter of the owner was very nice and even went out for fresh ham and cheese for the next day's breakfast. 2 blocks from the beach and plenty of fine dining.

shower broken, no hot water, no one to greet us and check in. Cleaning lady was there and let us come in.
