Cons: While the breakfast was good, the cost was a bit too high
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the beautiful room.
Cons: Parking. They charge $35 for valet or $24 to park by driving to the nearby mall parking lot. I opted for neither and parked on the street and got a ticket for no reason--the signs said nothing about parking overnight on the street across from the hotel.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had beautiful decor, and the room was spacious. Loved the bathroom with the access to the clothes closet built in. The beds were comfortable. The valet guys were terrific.
Cons: We got room service and it was expensive - over $60 for 1 pizza, 1 doz wings and 1 drink was too much. The pizza was missing sauce and somewhat undercooked. That said, the staff who took the order/delivered the food were very pleasant.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Bed. View!

Pros: The beds were really comfortable and great pillows too. I was put in one of the newly painted/renovated rooms right off the lobby and it was great. Staff was helpful & polite. This hotel also goes WAY out on their X-Mas decorations and their lobby was gorgeous. Not tacky, very well done.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was extremely pleasant and made it so we would want to return.
Cons: My only compliant was the paint was chipped on two of the walls in the hotel room. Which at first glance made it seem less than well kept. However it was a clean room. And it served our purpose for such a short stay.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfy and even though my room had a connecting room. I could not hear the people in the other room!! And they were partying, it was New Years Eve, so to be expected.

9,7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredibly helpful and outgoing. Looked up parking options at the airport and were just a joy to interact with. Also helped me with the business center to print off some tickets. Pool/outdoor area was really great and beautiful. The in hotel bar/restaurant was really great with lots of options and friendly staff.
Cons: Someone must have left something in the fridge for an extended period of time like a roast beef sandwich so the room kind of smelled like it. It was not an unpleasant smell and took me a little while to figure out it was coming from the fridge and honestly is the only thing I can think of that was somewhat negative.

Pros: Incredibly clean and modern. Great location.
Cons: Stayed here numerous times, only time it hasnt been a great experience. 'double' beds were smaller than double, crowded for 2 adults. The white chair was so stained we were incredulous it was still being used. Bedspreads also stained. Beds LUMPY.

Cons: Hotel is old and room was big, but nothing special.
7,0 Good
Pros: The service is always great at the Omni, and the location is super convenient for what I came to RI for. Also the wi-fi is good and the pool is nice.
Cons: Breakfast was sad. I only have time to hit the Morsels place on the second floor on my way to the convention center, and on Wed morning they ran out of breakfast sandwiches. These things happen, but I still didn't like it. And it was a pain to not have the central escalators working so we had to go out around, but I get it. Stuff has to be fixed. So in world with working escalators and plentiful breakfast sandwiches, things would have been great. These were minor things.

Pros: tolles Frühstück (inkl. Obst wie Bananen und Melone, diverse englische Varianten zum Rührei, Joghurt, ...), guter Fitnessraum (mit Geräten, Spiegel, Trinkwasser, Handtüchern), Obst zum Mitnehmen Bananen, Orangen, Äpfel)
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally warm (but not ingratiating) staff. Although I didn't use them, there's a decent pool and fitness center. My room was clean and comfortable.
Cons: At the free breakfast, eggs were runny and home fries were hard and overcooked. You get what you pay for, I guess. Although the room was comfortable, it and the bathroom could use some updating.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: quite and safe
Cons: it was fine. Just nothing special
7,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was very clean and the breakfast staff very nice.
Cons: Had to catch a late flight and asked to stay two hours for late check out. Being a member Rewards Member and thought a five night stay would at least get me that. But the desk staff said best they could do was 1 hour late check out. Which they give to anyone that asked. The other hotel rewards program gives me until 3 PM if I spend two nights with any of their hotels.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast, with lots of choices, including soy milk, and vegan options. Thank you!! I've stayed here multiple times, in part because of its proximity to JWU. I've also appreciated the use of the computers and printer in the business center. The beds and pillows are comfy.
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The proximity to what I was doing that weekend.
Cons: The room had an odor to it. The cable went out several times on Saturday afternoon and the power went out once. I did not see anyone at the front desk several times when I walked through. And the elevator kept sounding like it was going to break down.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly, pool area was clean and well kept. Clean rooms, great heater, not loud like most places I have stayed. Breakfast was included, a lot of fresh stuff to choose from, a nice extra. plenty of parking close to the front door.
Cons: Breakfast was just ok, scrambled eggs were very very runny, the other eggs were cooked but had a soapy taste, did not ruin our stay though.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Close to Providence. Not a bad place to stay if going to an event at Gillette Stadium. Plenty of food options, a movie theater and various stores within a 5 minute drive.
4,0 Okay
Cons: This hotel was worth $--, not $---. I met people at this hotel that paid $80 less than I did. Total rip-off.
6,8 Good
Pros: I was visiting my closest friend after the loss of her father. The BW Seekonk was conveniently located to Barrington, Warren, and Bristol Rhode Island, as well as the neighboring Massachusetts towns. It was the nearest available hotel to where I needed to be. Staff (primarily the front desk clerk) was very friendly and helpful. As some reviews noted, the bed was up on risers, which was odd, but I'm only 5'4", and I had no problem sitting on the edge of the bed. It probably gave the room a cleaner look.
Cons: The price I paid for this hotel was ridiculous given the property. There was apparently a soccer tournament in Barrington, RI, and I think that made the rooms fill up quickly, and raised the price. This was not a two hundred and twenty dollar a night hotel, but, like I said, it was the location I needed, and in this instance, I was glad to pay it to be near my friend. The carpet, while somewhat recent, looked horribly '70s at a distance. I never go barefoot while in hotels in general, so this was purely a cosmetic thing for me. Also, the pool was located very close to the elevator, resulting in wet floor near and in the elevator, which could be a slip hazard.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Motel Breakfast
Cons: Neither the body wash nor the shampoo dispenser worked either morning.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were great, very clean as well. Wonderful experience for the cost as well. Wish I didnt miss breakfast as it looked great.

Pros: Central location, free shuttle, free parking, friendly staff
Cons: no
7,0 Good
Pros: The location was great. Just moments from where we needed to be. And the bathroom was really awesome. The room itself was just ok, but the bathroom really bumped it up big time.
Cons: The room was smaller than we expected. It was next to the elevator and the floor shook every time it went up or down. The room faced the freeway. The view the other direction was amazing, but we faced the freeway.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Its location and friendly staff.

Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: Not really, wish was a little closer to downtown providence.
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Clean
Cons: There was no cold water when we took a shower, my friend almost got burn with the hot water . I told them about and they didn't do nothing
9,0 Excellent
Cons: The backside of the hotel is very close to the highway with quite a bit of road noise, so it may be worth upgrading to the water view.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The scenic water view. The shower is amazing too. Loved it all around.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice room - comfortable bed, close to downtown Providence, spacious bathroom, blackout curtains, and courteous staff with quick check-in. Free parking, either under the building (elevator) or outside on the surface lot.
Cons: Passed through a cloud of tire smoke pulling off the interstate, thanks to what appeared to be an illegal crowd of street drag racers just down the same road the hotel is on - fortunately, this racket wasn't heard from the room.
6,0 Good
Pros: Staff, bed, harbor view, location
Cons: Toilet was not functioning - though when I called in the morning, a maintenance tech showed up quickly Poor lighting made it hard to read. All bulbs were low energy bulbs. One reading quality lamp would help. Staff did try to solve the issue with an extra lamp, but it too had low lumens. Coffee maker not functioning
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Right off the highway
Cons: Drag racing nearby
4,0 Okay
Pros: There was a bed and it was relatively clean.
Cons: I hated that my room looked out at a noisy freeway and dumpster. Waking up to the sounds of a garbage truck beeping and flipping dumpsters was wonderful. I was told by the employee when checking that the breakfast was included only to be charged.

Pros: Un lugar muy limpio. Pero sus menú, muy caro para la cantidad Servida.
Cons: Si el menú muy caro.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: We had a problem with the air unit not syncing with the remote. A call down to front desk and within minute an engineer came to help resolve the problem. I told it might be user errors as I'm not familiar with these units before. But after he tried restarting resetting. And the problem persisted. That's when he call it in to swap room for us as he's not sure how long it'll take. A few minutes later the night manager apologized for the inconveniences. And we were on our way to the new room.
Cons: I understand that it's downtown. But with so many garage nearby. It would make sense to have a deal or two with them (onsite parking) for hotel guest to park there. Echoing what other have said. $30/night for parking is steep. I only stayed for 2 nights. So that comes to $60 total extra for parking.

Cons: Toilet was not clean. Heat in the room did not come on at all and when I returned at 1:30AM from a night out, I was not in the right state of mind to even notice. I woke up at 3AM freezing. It was a bit torturous. When I told the front desk at check out, I did not get the reaction I was hoping for. You should also be clear on your site about the cost of parking. Saying on site parking is implying that it is free. $30 is a deal breaker when there are other more convenient hotels in the area.

Pros: Hotel was in a great location. We were just a short distance from everywhere that we needed be. The hotel staff were extremely courteous. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Though our room was clean, it was starting to show its age. The bathroom was in obvious need of makeover. The hotel appeared to be undergoing some sort of renovation, so I assume that they just hadn't reached this section of the hotel yet.

Cons: I can’t say I didn’t like anything. We enjoyed our stay. However, we have not received our credit of $300 yet. We made reservations for 2 rooms One for myself and one for friends. I called on Friday and was told I would receive a call back, I have not . I am hoping this is resolved by Monday. Please advise status.

Cons: This place was horrible! The lady at the desk was cold and unfriendly during check in. We were up for a funeral so just checked in and then came back around 10 at night. The toilet was broke and ran ALL night long, the AC kept shutting down - the TV was from the 90's- my wife burnt herself washing her hands because the water temp was scolding hot - the microwave was on top of the fridge but there wasn't anywhere to plug it in so we had to move it and find a spot - there were Cheerios all around the bed and floor and when you tried calling 0 to get someone, they didn't answer! Please spend the extra few dollars and got to any other place but this one!!!

10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean (I checked it with a blacklight) and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. It was a great value. The breakfast which was included was not anything spectacular, but it was certainly better than the average hotel offering.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Easy check-in and check-out. It was nice that they have breakfast available, although it was nothing to write home about.
Cons: It just seemed very old, not necessarily dirty, but over-used. Walls were quite thin. I didn't need it, but there was no elevator to second floor.

Pros: the decor was nicer than expected. suite was great
Cons: I avoided this hotel in the past because the sign out front is in disrepair and I wasn't sure if it was open or maybe a welfare hotel.

Pros: The pretty front lobby
Cons: The view of an a/c unit from my window, the layout of the hotel, the size of the room. The condition of the room. The bathroom outlet didn't work and blew two hairdryers including one the front desk brought up.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: My teenage daughters loved the comfy beds and daily breakfast. The front desk woman was very nice. She was newly hired but a great addition to this hotel. We easily drove to Providence and surrounding areas from here.
Cons: Our room, especially the bathroom, could have been cleaner. The shower rod is rusty and peeling, the light fixtures are not securely fastened. The floor was not clean when we arrived.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The location was close to the event we were attending, and the rates were really reasonable! There was an issue with our room the first night and the staff at the front desk were really great about moving us to a new room quickly. I really appreciated their willingness to accommodate us.
Cons: Everything was great.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was central in Seekonk, across the river from Providence, easy to find our family. Breakfast was varied, and tasted good, coffee was very good; saw there were other people staying in the hotel. A delight was the new baker/pastry shop in the lobby! Did have a laundry room! Clerk sold SUN laundry powder?! Our room was good size to hold the king size bed, and walk around. Organize. I think it was cheaper than staying in Providence.
Cons: Very quiet, lots of "sales" offices for the conference center in the back near our room on first floor. Nowhere to walk outside the hotel except an auto sales row! Oh well, Just 2 nights. Clerks not very helpful or particularly friendly (OK, when we went to our room, didn't care.)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. Quiet, comfortable ,clean. Great location.
