Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, often highlighting its proximity to the harbor, city center, and beautiful views. Many also appreciated the breakfast, describing it as varied and tasty. However, numerous reviews criticized the lack of air conditioning, with rooms becoming uncomfortably hot during warm weather. Cleanliness and maintenance were recurring issues, with several guests mentioning outdated facilities, insufficient cleaning, and neglected amenities. Some guests also reported unsatisfactory service and poor value for money. Overall, while the location and breakfast stood out positively, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, amenities, and service.
