Pros: everything is perfect
Pros: Very clean and comfortable hotel
Cons: Located far from the town centre
Pros: Very nice room - good parking - fab shower, and a complimentary dressing gown in the cupboard!
Pros: Was great
Pros: The lady that booked you in was friendly, very polite, and helpful. The hotel was clean and well cared for throughout.
Cons: On the other side the manager was a very abrupt an argumentative gentleman who I will refer to as X The reason we booked the hotel was that we were going to a dog show nearby and the hotel profile said dogs allowed at no extra charge. When X noticed that we had more than one dog (We have 3 small dogs) X started getting very angry saying we could not stay and stormed off to the office. My partner went to the office and we could not stay have are money back and leave (We had just travelled for 14Hr and not even unloaded the van). The Lady who booked us in got into a heated discussion with X and that we should have checked how many dogs were allowed and an agreement was come to that 2 dogs were allowed in the room as long as they were kept in cages. This meant we had to leave a dog in the van overnight, we were very nervous as the area is a bit on the shady side with a gambling casino next door (both share the same car park) and at least 4 brothels and strip clubs with very scantily dressed females sat in the windows. (Not really an area to take the children for a walk). After the first day my partner was not feeling well and at about 22:00 asked me to bring up the other dog so she could say goodnight to him before he went back into the van for the night. I was not back in the room with him more than 30 second when there was a bang on the room door, when I opened the door X pushed past me shouting 3 dogs 3 dogs my partner was in bed naked he didn’t back out of the room or apologised to her just kept shouting 3 dogs. My partner was very upset and kept telling X to get out, I try explaining it was just so she could say goodnight to the dog and he would go straight back down as I tried to move X out of sight of my partner. At last X left after pushing me against the wall on his way out. We left the next morning left.
Pros: The staff is really nice
Cons: Rooms could have water cookers for the price . The room was noisy too being close to the main road .
Pros: Breakfast was fantastic. Fresh products
Pros: Very clean and tidy
Cons: Pet friendly but Stairs not accessible for big dogs as very steep and slippery
Pros: I just liked the place. It was spotlessly clean. The staff were very nice.

Pros: Another nice 2 night stay mattress getting a little soft and you tend to move around in the night, good shower could do with tea and coffee making facilities 2 bottles of water supplied and individual air con.

Pros: This is not a Hotel but a Flat-hotel so don't expect a receptionist. First time I have stayed in such a place. The owners name was Wim and he was there to greet and show us around. He gave us a map of the local area with restaurant and other eating out suggestions. You let yourself in and out of the building with your own key - which also opens your room. There is a small communal kitchen for making free tea/coffee etc. and cold drinks/beers in the fridge which are paid for at the end of your stay. Very comfortable room and bed with everything needed for my stay. Very quiet in central location. Amazing and large weekend outdoor market in the central town square. Fabulous choice of breakfast, with items cooked to order on the hot food menu, together with some local delicacies which were personally prepared by the owners father. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very welcome.
Pros: Friendly, complimentary drink on arrival, good breakfast, large clean room.
Cons: No air con. Outside appearance.
Pros: Our room was very quaint and tastefully decorated. It was a lovely size and more than adequate for our stay. The sun terrace within the property was a lovely way to spend a couple of hours.
Cons: The outside of the building is not clearly signposted - no doorbell either so it was very difficult to make contact with the owner. However the parking was attached to the other hotel in the group and a very nice waiter/chef was very helpful in locating him.
Pros: The very friendly owners who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

Pros: Hotel near the middle of the town
Pros: Great accommodations in a stylish building. Nice outside terrace. Host (Chris) is extremely helpful and friendly. An easy walk into the main square of the town. Had some difficulty finding the hotel, since, as with many other towns, there is a massive roadworks project underway. It's not a problem once you figure out how to approach. Small garage for bicycle parking.

Pros: This property exceeded my expectations as the owners took me to nearby St Trond for a history lesson at the Brustem Air Base (where my father was assigned in 1945) Museum. We also enjoyed a beer at the new Droneport that is located at the old military air base. The owners English language skills and their willingness to engage in conversation made the stay very enjoyable.

Cons: Before receiving the key of the room they asked for cash

Cons: Nothing to say on this - everything was fine...

Pros: I don’t know how this hotel advertises its rooms, but they are not in the hotel but in a converted house in the local village. No hot water in bathroom. The lady at breakfast did not speak any English so problems could not have been discussed.
Cons: The rooms are not in the hotel but in a converted house in the local village. No hot water in bathroom. The lady at breakfast did not speak any English so problems could not have been discussed.
Pros: Clean room, comfy bed, good food, stunning place.
Cons: No kettle in room.
Pros: Location and staff
Pros: Staff is very friendly. Restaurant location is good
Cons: The room is not in the site. Completely separate building which is just a lodge and is located outside of the chateau.(3minutes walk from the chateau) The picture of the chateau is very confusing... And the picture of the room is nicer than real.
Pros: Big room close to the chateau. Nice restaurant.
Cons: all ok
Pros: The environment is very nice.
Cons: The room was old fashioned, dusty, no shower and much to expensive.
Pros: Food is great, Dinner was perfect.
Cons: Hotel in a village. Far away from Belgium city center. Breakfast is not good. If something finish stuff doesnt bring new items. Like egg/cheese etc. Rooms are separated. They are in another building. Some has high humidity. Smells bad. I dont recommend you to stay in winter. Rooms are really cold even though they have heating.
Pros: The breakfast was very good. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice big , quiet rooms.
Cons: The drainage in the bathrooms was very poor. The smell in the rooms wasn't great because of the drains.
Pros: Location was very good. Property around restraunt was very nice. Good food and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Guest rooms were a short walk off the main property across the street. Parking was on road, where I saw broken glass (like a vehicle window had been broken in past). Our room was on the second floor, the stairs were very narrow and steep, the steps themselves very only about 5" deep, so your foot hangs over. Bathroom was down two steps that there higher than normal.
Pros: Breakfast was included, we got a late checkout. There is a pretty castle.
Cons: We stayed in an old house across the street. It is a bit smelly. The room was renovated with cheap materials.
