Pros: Breakfast plentiful and excellent. Proprietor helpful and friendly. Property very difficult to find, road works and alterations, we drove down what seemed forbidden lanes. Room was smart and comfortable but a little expensive for our budget. We had found this on the internet and new what the room would look like.

Pros: Breakfast plentiful and excellent. Proprietor helpful and friendly. Property very difficult to find, road works and alterations, we drove down what seemed forbidden lanes. Cons: Only the route to find the property. We did not realise that it would not be open until 4 pm and had to waste time until 4. Fortunately we spotted a place for coffee and cake a little way up the road called "Den Hof" or similar. We had been under the impression that an evening meal would be available. Apparently they will provide one, as long as it has been booked in advance.

Pros: This property exceeded my expectations as the owners took me to nearby St Trond for a history lesson at the Brustem Air Base (where my father was assigned in 1945) Museum. We also enjoyed a beer at the new Droneport that is located at the old military air base. The owners English language skills and their willingness to engage in conversation made the stay very enjoyable.

Pros: I don’t know how this hotel advertises its rooms, but they are not in the hotel but in a converted house in the local village. No hot water in bathroom. The lady at breakfast did not speak any English so problems could not have been discussed.

Cons: Hotel in a village. Far away from Belgium city center. Breakfast is not good. If something finish stuff doesnt bring new items. Like egg/cheese etc. Rooms are separated. They are in another building. Some has high humidity. Smells bad. I dont recommend you to stay in winter. Rooms are really cold even though they have heating.

Cons: Guest rooms were a short walk off the main property across the street. Parking was on road, where I saw broken glass (like a vehicle window had been broken in past). Our room was on the second floor, the stairs were very narrow and steep, the steps themselves very only about 5" deep, so your foot hangs over. Bathroom was down two steps that there higher than normal.
