The beds were very comfortable. The dining room was very nice. The cottage room was a nice size.
The breakfast was a continental rather than a complete one.
Two doors for the room so you don't have to go through the lobby or another door to get in and out. Larger space for the breakfast. Nice shower. Fairly comfortable room. Not too noisy being close to the highway.
Ok breakfast selection, but some should have been covered like some cut fruits.
The worst experience I had with pricing which listed at $71 thought was Canadian . Only reserve in 10 min and could not cancel. Rooms were very outdated very bad workmanship on bathroom walls, not clean. Breakfast was a few bagels and a few hot boiled eggs and no attendees to ask for anything.
Very clean rooms, for the money it was a good find.
A bit sketchy, dated rooms a bit.
We were pleasantly surprised by the coziness of the room as the exterior of the hotel looks run down. The rooms have been recently refurbished and are nice and clean. The rooms are set back a little from the main road which makes them fairly quiet for a motel that's on a busy road! The free breakfast was a nice bonus we didn't expect.
We had trouble at check in time: they tried to charge us twice. We planned our vacation and booked our hotel well in advance back in February, and they must have thought we had booked for that same month instead of September, so they tried to charge us for a no-show in Feb as well as the night in September. It wasn't easy communicating with staff despite being bi-lingual in English and French. Also, when I tried to put our water in the fridge in the room, it seemed like someone must have left some fish/shellfish go bad in there...opening the fridge door could've made us sick
