opening hours need to correspond with booking times
Pros: When I called early in the week to confirm rental details the service team was friendly.
Cons: No pick up on Saturdays.
The location closed at noon - the same time that I had booked for pick-up.
There was no notice on the reminder that the location closed at noon on Saturdays. I arrived at 12:10pm to closed doors.
Given the time limits, there should be no online bookings allowed after 11h30 or 11h45 on Saturdays to ensure this does not happen to another client. Also adding the location hours in the reminder emails would be useful.

Cons: representative was not present when i dropped off the car
my credit card was overcharged. they freeze your credit card $50 higher for whatever reason but are supposed to charge you at the end of contract only amount of money that you agreed on in your contract.
that was not the case. i was charged $50 more even though we confirmed by phone proper charge. very unprofessional. will never use this office again
