Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently praise the hotel's convenient location and the size and appeal of the pool. Some reviewers mention friendly and courteous staff, and a few highlight comfortable beds and good breakfast options. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, including unclean rooms, old carpets, and issues with bathroom hygiene. Service experiences are mixed, with some positive interactions and several negative ones, especially regarding problem resolution and room cleaning. The breakfast and pool receive neutral feedback, with some guests satisfied and others noting limited choices or issues like a cold pool. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and amenities, but cleanliness and service consistency require attention.
