Cons (-) I booked via an app and I used a credit card. Staff did not give me an option to pay in local currency but used USD automatically. This would have cost me another 5 USD. This is unacceptable bordering on theft. Everyone gives you an option to choose currency. Fortunately, I screamed bloody murder and paid in cash.
