Pros (+) Proximity to the convention center was nice Decent American food choices both in the hotel and right outside. Generally kind staff, even though few had a working level of english.
Cons (-) I didn't expect everyone to speak amazing English, but I did expect that the check-in staff would know the words "Convention Center" considering they are a two blocks away and listed as a preferred hotel for one of the largest convention centers in the world. In fact most of the staff didn't know the words -- which is surprising to me. Our "non-smoking" room had a smell that I can't quite describe...
