Pros (+) Since housing is so expensive in the summer in Seward and we had 2 large families, it was great not to have to rent 4-5 hotel rooms. We were able to use 2 rooms. Nice to have a kitchen, though we didn't cook anything. It is also in a great location for stores and restaurants.
Cons (-) One of the twin beds in 1 room leaned down on one side and the king bed in the other room needed new box springs...it was noise to get in and out of bed.
