Car pick up and drop off were both very easy. We turned the car in three days early (due to a death in the family). I was told we will be credited back the remaining days. Assuming this happens I'm VERY satisfied. If this does not happen, I will be very disappointed.10,0 Wonderful

My flight arrived at 10:00. The Avis counter closed at 9:00 so I had to get a cab to my hotel. In the morning I walked a mile to the airport to get my car. When I asked why they close before all the flights for the night have arrived they said Well sorry we close at 9:00, still want the car or not?6,4 Okay
