10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, great price, great staff, and great food.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The staff were amazing, the atmosphere was very relaxing quaint and friendly, the breakfast was delicious and the little extras (aka-temptation station was full of blueberry cobbler, pie, brownies, coffee, tea and lemonade) they had for their guests were very unexpected and appreciated, it was just like staying with friends or family. Before we ate breakfast one of the owner's son & our cook introduced himself and prayed for us, it was very sweet. But the thing that impressed us most was, as we were leaving all the staff were in the dining hall going over the customer feedback and talking about how to make things better for their guests, that was so awesome. They do really care that people are happy and enjoy their stay and that made us forever customers. We've already told several people about Blue Mountain Mist Country Inn and can't wait to go back there ourselves!!
Cons: The inside of our room was very clean it was the outside that wasn't, the Trillium cottage we stayed in needed cleaning around the outside and the area at the front door needs work done on the railing. I feel sure that all this will be taken care of before we come back to Gatlinburg because as we were leaving the maintenance man was there cleaning and the outside and it already looked 100% better. So, we will be staying in the Trillium again!!

Cons: The air did not work in the halls, stairs, elevator, & gym. The floors throughout the halls and common area were usually dirty, the room was clean though. The overall feel of the hotel was ok. 8,8 Excellent
Pros: I did like all amenities. The mini golf was free to play at any time. We were there a short time so we didnt take full advantage of everything.
Cons: Some of the staff at the activity center would not acknowledge guest when they were clearly needing something. One guest came in and she said this Is the first she was there and didnt know what to do? The person at the front just said well it looks like you want to go to the pool. Instead of explaining everything there was to do and letting her decide what she wanted to do. I signed up for one of the games and the people ahead of me stopped about 20 min early the the staff didnt just go ahead and let us play they waited until I went up and asked for the equipment five min until my time. Also one day we went in around 1040pm when they were getting ready to close and the girl at the front desk kept telling us they were closing at 11. There were still several people in the pool and we were just walking around to check out the place and she told us again they were closing at 11. Just made us feel uncomfortable. We weren't swimming or playing games just walking around.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable rooms and pool.
3,8 Mediocre
Cons: False information on website, ended up in a corner apt with no view , rugs dirty when I asked for towels we had them delivered but they must of not been happy because it was just throw on the couch over all not happy
7,4 Good

Cons: It was all very nice no dislikes
8,8 Excellent
Pros: the location is excellent. that is why we continue to come back here. and the rooms are pretty comfortable. our boys liked the amenities, pool table, fuzz ball, ping pong, mini golf, etc.
Cons: parking tight. pools are small. internet needs to be improved. we have been coming here since 2011 (I believe) and the internet has never been reliable. needs to be improved. also our frig wasn't working so that needed attention first night of check in which has happen to us before. also had to call for supplies (toilet tissue, bedding for couch bed, laundry detergent). this stuff should be re-stocked prior to arrival.

Cons: We tried to check in at 4:30pm. (check in was 4pm). We did not get to our room till almost 8pm. Our wifi did not work for 24 hours. Also our cable was off almost 12 hours. They did give us a $47 refund for our 4 day +$900 stay for our inconvenience.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay. My kids loved everything!
Cons: The pull out sofa bed was not very comfortable I think it just needs a new mattress.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was nice and clean. However, it was more kid oriented than teenager oriented. The pools were not as large as I had expected but there were 4 pools and a small lazy river, plus 2 hot tubs. They showed movies outside which was nice. There were also fire pits and chairs, hammocks, a playground and a putt-putt course behind the building. We enjoyed that the most. The staff was really nice. Housekeeping changes out towels and takes your trash each day.
9,5 Excellent
Pros: Pool hours!
Cons: But dusty behind bedside tables

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere and activities. The rooms were very comfortable and check in was easy.
Cons: Very hard to find a place to sit around outdoor water park, the indoor/outdoor connection isn’t very well set up, you have to turn in your towel between indoor and outdoor areas, kids seemed to be able to run wild there without supervision, we had a very noisy neighbor above us the last night, sounded like they were clogging on the floor, my mother called to complain twice and nothing was done. She got very little sleep that night since it was above her room.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The Wyndham portion of the hotel/condo is was excellent. The condo was larger than other similar Wyndham condos at which we have stayed. Easy access to greater area as well. The waterpark is fun, but a long walk through the facility.

4,5 Okay
Pros: Bed was comfortable.
Cons: Location too far off I-40. S/ make better distinction between it & other property right off exit. Same ownership, too I was told. This property seemed old, dingy. A lot of interior chipped paint, too. Like it was “Built in a parking lot”- back view terrible to be in such a geographically beautiful part of the country. Staff never greeted - not at desk when return from dinner & not at desk at ck-out. Overall, this is 1st truly disappointing Hampton Inn experience.
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Bed was comfy. The breakfast was good... the staff provided food that was empty. We really enjoyed our stay but now knowing the area, I would select Hampton closer to my husband's brother.
7,0 Good
Pros: The paints and the wallpaper in the room are nice and clean. The refrigerator is not too noisy at night. The AC is working Fine. one of the waffle machine was noting working right but they fixed it the next day.
Cons: We thought in the afternoon there will be water and cookies but there were none.
9,5 Excellent
Cons: Hard to find signs should be larger
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: It was okay. Really no big dislike
7,0 Good
Pros: The room was nice and so was the staff.
Cons: Our room wasn’t ready when we got there (after check in time). The beds were too soft for me. Also, breakfast was okay.
6,0 Good
Pros: I liked how comfy the beds were.
Cons: Location was awful. I had a confirmation for a King bedroom, but was given a queen. Rather than accomodating, the staff said there was nothing they could do since according to their system, I had booked a queen room. I only booked this hotel for a king.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and how they worked with us when we were using the pool.
Cons: Yes, there was a barn-type sliding door on the bathroom. Unfortunately, it didn't close all the way. When sharing a room with a friend, it made it a little uncomfortable to go to the bathroom.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast.
Cons: Bottom sheet on king bed to small and came off first night. Had to complain first night to get corrected. Did not like 6 black men in rear of hotel making ruckus ,squealing vehicle tires and smoking tires in process. Luckily no one got hurt.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Bed was horrible. Coffee maker didn’t work. I even left a day early because of it.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The staff, especially the breakfast attendant. She was very pleasant and helpful even when she was swamped. The location is great. Just outside of the congestion of town. Great place to travel to.
Cons: The mattresses were older and uncomfortable. I cannot think of a recent travel that the mistresses weren't fluffy. The breakfast area was over crowded and hard to find a place to sit and some people would push their way in as soon as the breakfast attendant would fill things up. Even with my few dissatisfaction with the seating and pushy people. The breakfast attendant is a 5 star.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love shopping. Ate at The Apple Barn Restaurant. Very relaxing.

Pros: I really liked the location and the staff was very friendly. Overall the stay was pretty good.
Cons: I only had two issues with this hotel first the shower was very outdated and felt like you were standing in something from the space age. The second thing was the price, I always get a hotel by it's rating; therefore, I thought with a rating of 4.5 it would of been worth the amount I paid, I was wrong.

Pros: We have stayed here many times and love the hotel.
Cons: The design of the king bedroom did not allow the bedroom area to get cool. Air unit in bedroom area is needed.
4,3 Okay
Pros: Where it was at. But it was a little high.
Cons: When we arrived and went to our room there where dirty towels all over tub and floor bed was dirty. We were offered to let them clean it or move to another room. We moved to another room the manager was very nice to make sure it was clean and it was. Went to use the jacuzzi and it didn't work. They fixed it the next afternoon but we didn't get a chance to use it. That was one of the things we were looking forward to. This was our late honeymoon we were not able to take one a year and a half ago due to getting hurt. The rooms did not look like the ones on website. We should have been at least a free night with all we went through .

Pros: The beds were awesome. Our daughter loved the outdoor slide in the pool. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant to speak with. The breakfast was the best we’ve had at a hotel.
