The view from the outside deck was absolutely beautiful
The hotel is a little worn down in appearance.
Staff was extremely helpful and took care of us right away
They had to change are room because AC didn't work and bathtub didn't drain.
The breakfast was ok. Nothing hot but a good selection of foods. Krispy Kreme donuts yay. It was satisfactory for us. Coffee was good and fresh.
You get what you pay for. This hotel was clean and met our needs for the value. I read reviews about the hill you drive up. It’s not bad. Once you drive it and know where you are it’s ok. Also bad reviews about the beds. They were good. Hotel was clean. No bedbugs. Staff was always friendly.
The staff is friendly, and do their best to accommodate patrons.
First room we were checked into had a leak coming from the ceiling. Very visible water stain. Floor was soaked. They moved us to a new room that didn't seem much better. There was visible mold in the bathroom on the walls. Uncomfortable beds. Air conditioning was not the best. We had 2 nights booked and decided to leave after the first night and go to a different hotel. This is not the first time we have stayed here, but it will be the last. Cheaper isn't always better.
Staff helpful and friendly. Pool was clean. Outdoor environment, rocking chairs. Everything in room worked. We had a lovely stay.
