Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for accessing ski lifts and local attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and attention to guest needs, with several reviews highlighting warm welcomes and accommodating service. While breakfast and cleanliness generally met expectations, a few guests noted minor issues such as average breakfast quality or occasional lapses in room cleanliness. Noise levels and unpleasant odors were recurring concerns for some, with reports of thin walls, street noise, and musty smells affecting comfort. Overall, the positive atmosphere, service, and location outweighed the negatives for most guests.
