Pros (+) The hotel was so beautiful and the staff was amazing. When we arrived we were led to our room. I reserved a basic room and it was quite nice. By the time we walked back from the room I asked if there might be a closer room to reception because it really was hard for me to walk that far. They found a deluxe room for us that was very close to the front and right by the pool!! AND then he told me the...
