The room was nice. But in the morning we had no hot water. After calling the desk she said she would look into it. We never heard back. So we tried again after about 20 minutes and the water was warm, it never got comfortable but we were able to take quick showers.

Pros (+) The beds were comfortable. The room was fairly tidy/
Cons (-) The room had a sour smell---like the carpet needed cleaning. The room darkening shade was falling off of its runner and you couldn't really close it.

Cons (-) Everything we paid for the room on line! And wanted us to 263+ 10% more for incidentals. We didn't bring that card w/ us. Wanted to give them cash 4 incidentals. So we couldn't stay!

Pros (+) I feel like the 9 foot ceilings in the rooms make you feel like it's so much more open. I love that there was couch and sitting room. The price was amazing compared to the other hotels in town. And being about a block away from the boardwalk I would think they could charge more.
