Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to the airport and found it convenient for travel. However, there were frequent complaints about poor service, particularly at the front desk, and issues with staff attitude. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though some rooms and facilities were described as outdated or in need of maintenance. The lack of breakfast and frequent closure or understaffing of the restaurant were common negatives. While a few guests praised helpful staff and clean rooms, overall, service and amenities did not meet expectations for many.

Scott, Sept 2023
Our main complaint was in trying to reach the hotel front desk staff to inquire about where to find the shuttle and how It worked. I called 3-4 times with one answer and a hang up, and then no one answered. I called the booking management line and they called the hotel for me, then connected me to front desk, which was absolutely rude when I was asking about the shuttle. I was not familiar with Se...

Pros (+) Convenient
Cons (-) The first room they gave us had not been cleaned, we arrived at midnight and had been traveling with no sleep for 20 hours. So we had to go back down to desk and lady was not at front desk. Extremely exhausted and having to change rooms and wait for service. Very frustrating.

Pros (+) Location is fantastic to the airport. Perfect for us as we had an overnight layover so it was good to be 3 min away from the airport.
Cons (-) A little noisy as it's right by the highway, but that's also why it's super convenient to the airport so you can't have one without the other. For nursing mothers, they don't have a freezer at all, but are happy to refrigerate milk for you. Airport shuttle only leaves on the half hour in the morning and ti would have been nice if it was mentioned by the staff in case you miss the sign that states ...

Pros (+) The room was ok for the price nothing fancy
Cons (-) The main door was broken and the staff made me feel like I was interrupting there day/personal conversations. It was a quick reservation due to flight cancellation I should’ve researched more.

Pros (+) The closeness to the airport and in comparison to prices of other hotels nearby it was cheaper. All the staff we came into contact with were very nice.
Cons (-) The building needs to be renovated. So it felt a little dirty. When we first got to our room it was very noisy in the hallway. People talking loudly and playing music. And the person above us could be heard. We didn’t try the restaurant downstairs but the prices were a little too much. $12 for a BLT... so we chose not to eat there but walk 10 min to a subway. There are no close restaurants within ...

Pros (+) Noisy all night, could hear guests on floor above our 3rd floor.
Cons (-) It would be nice to have al least coffee in the lobby. Room coffee is deplorable.

Pros (+) King bed and hot tub that did not work.
Cons (-) We got the last room by the stairs. We can hear the door open and closed and people walking up and down the stairs. The hot tub jet in the room was not working. There was only 3 small pillows for a king size bed. I would think there should at least be 4 pillows. The staff was not friendly, no one smile or greet you kindly.
