Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's convenient location near the airport and public transport, making it ideal for short stays and layovers. The staff received frequent compliments for being friendly, helpful, and accommodating, especially with early check-ins and shuttle service. Breakfast was appreciated for its variety and quality, and many guests noted the cleanliness of the rooms. Comfortable beds were also highlighted, though a few mentioned small or double beds. Some negative feedback included issues with billing, tired facilities, noise from the road, and a lack of in-room amenities, but overall, the positives far outweighed the negatives.

Only one of two elevators was working. An...

Allowed us to check in early, located a short walk from South end of baggage claim level, had a very nice complimentary breakfast, pleasant accommodating staff, very clean and comfortable room and located next door to a great restaurant with an excellent bar. So much better in every way than the nearby Radisson we stayed at 10 days before.

Pros (+) Quiet even right next to airport. Never heard another guest while in my room
Cons (-) Free breakfast, woohoo! But selection was limited. Serve some eggs and bacon.

Pros (+) Location was close to airport.
Cons (-) Bed was like sleeping on a cardboard box sitting atop some springs. Sheets felt like burlap. Rooms were tiny. All for a 3 1/2 star hotel?!?! Sorry but didn’t see the value in this place.
