I like how close it was to the places I needed to be.
The room was disgusting. There was blood on my floor and bathtub. The bedding was burnt, mold in the bathroom and hair on things when we arrived. The front desk was very rude to other guests who were staying there in front of my son and I. The breakfast area was packed without enough seating for everyone.
Dirty and stinky
Breakfast was nice touch.
Lights didn’t work properly, staff service was mediocre. A/C in the room was too strong, and there was a smell of mold.
Great shuttle service, knowledgeable helpful staff, rooms clean although not new
The bed was goodness
They sent us to a room that wasn't even cleaned and I was 9:00pm. The room smelled musky. Most motels have info to what's close to eat they had nothing.
A reasonable value
I selected the hotel for an overnight stay based on proximity to the airport and a shuttle. I was pleased that it worked out fine.
It was located close to train into Seattle and easy freeway access.
Some of staff was unfriendly. Continental breakfast was very messy area and not clean. Could not get into room because key card was broke. When I went back to the front desk (within 5 minutes, and late night check in ) the man acted like he didn't know me. And then was annoyed he had to change my room. If you need a quick rest stop just to sleep it will be fine but nothing else recommended.
Reception (Carlos) very friendly and helpful!
Really old and outdated! The smell was so bad we had to turn on AC vent and leave for 2 hours.
The breakfast had good selection. Bed comfortable. Quiet night. Close to airport and straight shot to Seattle on another road, off I-5 which is normally slow.
Tired hotel and clueless staff
Good shower and good bed. If that is all you need you will be fine.
Once we switched rooms on day 2 from a king to 2 doubles nothing went right. canceling keys, giving our room to someone else and on and on.
pay a little more next time
Front desk NEVER answers the phone, bed is extremely old and (you can feel the coils) and shower takes a while to heat. Oh yeah, extremely noisy for whoever is at the bottom floor. Thin structure all around. Staff does not dress professionally (some of them).
Multiple staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. We felt safe. Perfect for people who are on a budget and want a good night sleep.
hotel was great it was by the airport but didn't hear the planes at all the contintenal breakfast was great all you wanted for free they had any thing from cold cereal to waffles, staff was very helpfull and friendly, the shuttle driver took us to the light rail every morning and picked us up at night we stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed every minute in the hotel
I appreciated their closeness to the airport in Seattle and the promptness of their shuttle service. Although I did not eat breakfast due to time, I liked that it was offered.
The facility is a bit care-worn, particularly in the public areas (like the carpeting in the hallway).
The connection to the Light Rail. Very heplful and easy to use.
Bathroom sink did not drain very well.
close to the airport.
When I first entered the room, I foud garbage (tissue paper + paper that wraps soap) in the toilet. I don't know if it melts in the water but I just had to flush it away to get rid of it. I don't believe that's how they usually discard garbage but it was not appropriate.
Good price for room. Close to the airport. Close to Southcenter Mall and Shopping at Southcenter. The AC worked well.
Sound carries well between walls. Parking not enough for all guests.
Quiet location even though it was so near the airport. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us.
Felt that the toilet in our bathroom was too low.
Very close to airport, quick pickup and delivery to and from SeaTac, fairly decent breakfast.
It is a fairly grubby hotel and smelled musty. The floor joists squeak so we heard the upstairs customer walking around their room.
I liked about the long opening hours of the breakfast.
Most of us had tummy ache after we had breakfast there. I suspected food poison.
Good value for money. Airport shuttle was on call in the afternoon, no previous reservation required.
Aircraft ftom SeaTac airport took off fairly near the hotel, but the sound didn't affect sleeping. Strange smell in corridor, but not in the room. Not that many tables available for eating breakfast; be early.
there didnt have toothbrush!
