The staff was helpful. We left the key behind, and I got a call from one of the staff members offering to mail it to us. This was a pleasant surprise.
Mud tracked up and down the hallway on our floor. Alerted staff to it, never taken care of. Sink in our bathroom would not drain down – plugged up. Overall appearance was a place of past glory that was now run down and uncared for. Get the impression it’s a $50 a night/3 star special that fits nicely in the priceline racket, but will work against them long run.
Cancelled less than 24 hrs
I got the call that there was a fire and they couldn’t accommodate my stay. When I called them directly the front desk was very nice though.
Having to find accommodations less than 24 hours before my arrival.
3 Star Hotel for an excellent value
The hotel is very well landscaped with mature plants. The loby is nicely constructed. The room was very comfortable.
The pool was closed.
Still waiting to correct an erroneous room charge.
Very Nice Staff - hotle needs alot of work!
The staff were friendly and accommodating. The location was good for my needs.
The back entrance door did not lock - unsafe. The room was not well cleaned. The heating unit control on the wall had goop on it. The "continental breakfast" was just very sad; cereal and dry bread and bagels.
Close to where I needed to be.
Rooms are in need of an upgrade. Room was painted but was desperately in need of an upgrade. The mattress was hard and the pillows were only about two inches thick. Was a great hotel in it's prime but has really slipped over the years.
Staff did their best.
Noisy fridge in room, smell throughout hotel, everything dingy and worn out.
