Location and cleanliness. Than's about it.
I froze by butt off in my room at night. They obviously don't turn the heat on even when it's nearly freezing outside. I slept with a shirt, jacket and shorts on, with a blanket and cover and I was still cold. I told them about it and they said it was on.

It was clean Convenient location
They don't provide any toiletries. For the price I payed I would expect to have them in the bathroom. Also, I would expect a nice and rich breakfast but no: breakfast was basic, no much fruits or fresh vegetables.
