Very relaxing place to stay with a lovely pool and lush garden. Nice that everyone staying was there to try and see tigers. We all had a common goal. Good food considering it was all included.
There was a bit of a mess up with a pre-booked trip but it got sorted out well in the end. Had to be quite firm with the staff.
The staff, with out the good will and kindness of the staff ,nothing is relevant, even though every think was wonderful in the hotel ,
A dirty drain that smelt right out side the hotel entrance , awful and I’m not fussy I know the smells in India ,,not normally a problem ,may b it could of been unblocked. If that was the problem . Although I realise it’s not hotels problem ,but it’s nearly at the hotel entrance ,not nice for guests and staff to come in to and a great big hole there as well which all persons could of fallen in ,in the dark thank you
Fairly good location, large rooms, nice breakfast.
The padlock system for the room door is irritating. The communal toilets (not the ones attached to the rooms) had broken toilet seats and needed a clean and updating.
As a stop over for Ranthambore it was ideally situated and the staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble but compared to some I have stayed in in this town the property itself I would call functional rather than luxurious.
I wouldnt exactly call the rooms luxurious more functional and better towels would have helped
The staff are incredibly helpful and cheerful. Special thanks to Hemraj and Amar, who made us really feel comfortable and looked after. The property has a lot of potential but sadly hasn't reached its max yet.
The rooms had stained sheets, dirty towels and no hot water. They told us that it is switched on for the entire property at one time and hence can't be switched on for us. Despite confirming that there was hot water, we never had any for the three days that we were staying there.
