The ride in the elevator smelled like someone smoked marijuana. Room was clean but outdated. Brochure said there was a hot tub but we couldn’t find it .Brochure said there was a hot tub but we couldn’t find it
Everything. The beds were so comfortable. The staff were so helpful. I would recommend others to stay at saskatoon inn
Nothing it was perfect
Courteous staff that are quick to respond with conference request stuff.
People stomping around all night long kept waking us up all 3 nights we were here. Not just my room but the other 3 rooms my family stayed in all had the same problem. Kids would knock and run away, their constant yelling around hotel was distracting and hotel didn't do a thing even after complaining about the issues the first night. Ordering room service was torture when the staff doesn't speak English well if at all. Looking at different hotel for next conference as even their food isn't great for what we are paying them. I'll be recommending another place for next conference.
The friendly staff and the cleanliness of the room was above expectation. I love the lighting in the bathroom and also the LED extended mirror. That mirrors a huge pus to us makeup lovers.
I didn't receive a bath mat which was very inconvenient. There was constantly water in the bathroom due to the weirdly designed shower "door". I also put a special note in that I would like a set of extra sheets and towels left my room prior to check in. Unfortunately, I didn't get those either.
