The hotel was perfect.fir the price range. I was not happy with the woman at.the front. She spoke so quietly, and had a middle eastern accent. I just nodded and went to the room I purchased for the night. I am still wondering what she said.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to the airport and ease of access. Some guests found the staff to be helpful and pleasant, and a few enjoyed the pool and restaurant offerings. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, particularly in public areas and the pool, as well as poor service from staff. Noise, outdated facilities, and inconsistencies with amenities like breakfast and payment options were also noted as negatives. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the hotel were praised, there were recurring concerns about management, cleanliness, and service quality.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The Bathroom made me feel like a millionaire! Even though I was on a work trip, my evenings felt like a luxury vacation
Cons (-) They gave me my damage deposit back in cash, I thought that was kind of weird... but not a big deal.
Pros (+) They have the most helpful friendly staff.
Cons (-) There wasn't anything not to like.
Cons (-) This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. I was visiting for work and upon arrival, they lost my prepaid two-night hotel stay. Rather then just figuring it out, I stood there for 15 minutes while staff and management stood looking confused at what to do. I did finally get a room but my reservation and payment was still lost. No one spoke to me about this at all over the next three da...

Pros (+) Like the internal garden atmosphere...
Cons (-) The room was too warm than expected and the fan was a bit loud as well.
Pros (+) Staff were super friendly. Rooms were fairly large and comfortable. Location has easy access. Located close to airport but you aren't bothered by air traffic noise in the least. Close to the edge of the city so it is easy access if you are attending the several sport and function locations just north of the city.
Cons (-) Vacuuming should have been better in the hallways and rooms. There was quite a bit of "debris" on the carpets that could have been easily cleaned with a quick vacuum. This situation was present when we arrived and the same debris was there when we left three days later.
