Pros (+) Seemed pretty clean, reasonable price and nice that there was a pool. Nice and safe that there are cards for the elevator to keep the floors secure.
Cons (-) Staff weren’t very friendly and didn’t seem to know the question to anything I asked. Lack of items at front desk that I was asking for. Not very prompt when we would tell the staff things. No towels in pool area and after my boyfriend told the front desk no one came after half hour, so he found some in the gym area and we just left. Pros (+) It was overall good! It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. I booked 3 rooms with Hotels.com and then later had to cancel one room, it was fast and easy and no complications. I liked that there was a restaurant and a bar attached.
Cons (-) The restaurant was too full the next day. It would have been a long wait to get seated for breakfast. So we went elsewhere.
