I thought I bought insurance from your associate Allianz, since I got confirmation email. After more than 24 hours, I received an email from Allinz which said hat I ought to call them because my purchase did not go through. When I called Allianz, alked to 4 different people whom said that they could not sell me a policy on the phone! I spent over 45 minutes talkingto them. Then talked to you for another 30 minutes and you said that I should go and talk to Allianz!!!!!!!Cons:

Pros:
Very easy and stress free pick up and return!! Staff were polite. Only downfall was there were no running boards on the truck and it was hard to get in or out as I use a cane. Also there was only manual controls for the seat which I found hard especially not being able to get the right height of the seat. Will definitely rent again from them !!7,6 Good

We upgrade our booking in order to have built in GPS as we were travelling to many different places. Whilst this incurred a higher cost, we were given a bit of a discount and it was worthwhile in the end.Cons:
