Confirmed my rental a week before, and then less than 24 hours before our pick-up time they called to say they don't have a vehicle for us, and that the location I'd booked it at doesn't even rent commercial vans. Enterprise basically washed their hands of us and left us high and dry, costing us hundreds more than originally anticipated, not to mention the stress of having to scramble to find a van with less than 24 hours till we needed to be loaded up and on the road for a trade show that we simply could not miss. This is the last time we do business with Enterprise.

Great service from the staff! Had to wait an extra 1/2 hr but that was ok. When I picked up the truck the distance to empty was 950kms. When I returned the truck after filling it it was at 1250kms dte. I put in 300 kms worth of extra fuel. I will be making note of this next time I rent. Thanks

Was supposed to pick up my vehicle at 9 AM but no one should up to open the building until 9:20. It was a 45 minute wait before I was served because he was super slow helping the group ahead (who also needed a vehicle at 9). When asked if he was covering for someone who missed their shift, he simply replied “no.” There was no apology or explanation. Did not run through info about vehicle or about drop off. Totally horrible.

I did a last minute switch from a pick-up truck to an SUV with no hassle. Clean vehicle. Friendly staff. The tire pressure alarm was lit and the staff did not waste time and had taken the vehicle away to top-up the tire pressure and reset the alarm. As a customer, I lend a very high value for little things like these.
