The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean especially the bathroom, which was very important. The bed was comfortable. The location is great- very close to the city centre and lots of shops, bras and cafes in the vicinity. The wi-fi worked really well, too.
Apart from the omelette which was cooked from scratch, a lot of the food at breakfast wasn't fresh. The room was quite small and lacked some essentials like toiletries.

Location ..staff .. and everything.. really it's best choice .. it's my only place I stay when I visit Sarajevo

Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Excellent location.
The bed mattress is too soft (sponge inside), so it does not provide support to your back/body. Other than that everything is ok.
