Ramada Limited Santa Cruz

The front desk clerk was nice. Breakfast was convenient waffles were good. Coffee wasn’t too bad.

Bed was uncomfortable, room was basically just surface cleaned not scrubbed down. Example there were bug guts on the wall above the bed, looked to be something was sprayed on the wall above the shower. The floor made our feet black. We stripped the bed too make sure everything was washed for the next guess the mattress was full of stains and housekeeping left a envelope with two chocolate kisses asking for a tip. If you look at the pictures of this place as I did I thought it was going to be a nice clean place to stay but over all it was FILTHY outside and inside. I would not recommend this place.

The high price, but also the limited space available (comfort).

I was told on the website that i was going to get a partial payment and still have more than what what due. I asked for a refund or atleast to pay for a 1 day cancellation because my car was broken into and nobody could do anything about it. As a “friendly” service and as a hotel property it shouldn’t of been my responsibility it should have been theirs to atleast helpout to figure out something. I lost a lot when someone broke into my car and i wasn’t happy about it. My stay was uncomfortable and to top it off i get my car broken into.

Location is "everything" - in Santa Cruz. However, not near the beach, but a quiet area.

Room was in bad shape. Curtain hanging off the hooks. Water damaged ceilings in bathroom and living room not finished. Office chair with "leather" gone in seat. Swayback bed. Multiple un-coordinating flooring and wall colors. Pricey room ($---).

The location was great. I needed to be near the home of my cousin, whom I was visiting and that was the case. It was within walking distance. I was also able to walk to downtown and to the shore.

The noise! The motel itself is quiet. But I had very noisy upstairs neighbors and the desk manager really did nothing except give the noisy party a call at 1 am. They continued for another hour. I didn't get much sleep that night.
