Pros (+) The location, once one entered, was private, serene and quiet (if no basketball game in large arena close to Inn). The rooms were comfortable, bathrooms nice, little outside tables good touch, outside area with fire pit nice. Location close to beach, boardwalk and downtown area. plenty of restaurants close by. Fresh fruit and cereal available in lobby in a.m. Would stay there again.
Cons (-) Seemed right on edge of an area that felt a little iffy at night. People sleeping in doorways and on the street. Parking not right a hotel...not comfortable leaving anything in my car although no issues as it turned out. Was not comfortable going to my car at night. Desk chair far to low to be able to sit at desk. Wish for hot water maker in room (had coffee etc. available for several hours in lob...
