Pros (+) No breakfast served. WiFi did not work. Bed was comfortable. Room was very clean, a big plus.
Cons (-) More seating accommodations. One bench, mostly under the hanging clothes, was inadequate. The bed was a bit too high to offer comfortable seating (fine for sleeping - just not for sitting).

Pros (+) The location was perfect, 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk. The bed was also incredibly comfortable!
Cons (-) The curtains were dirty and the TV didn't work but we didn't spend much time in the hotel so it didn't ruin the trip.

Pros (+) The first time we stayed here, we were pleasantly surprised. It looked just like a little budget motel. The room turned out to be spacious and clean with a very beachy vibe. The beds were decent too. Walking distance to the boardwalk!
Cons (-) On our second visit here, it was like staying at a completely different hotel. The room felt like it was made for one bed and another one was shoved in. Sheets were stained and the beds were way less comfortable. The shower was almost too small to properly wash and could have used a remodel. It looks like. $100 security deposit was taken out of my account, but that was never mentioned when I made ...
