Pros (+) Great hotel if you're needing to stay somewhere before or after arriving in Richmond. Not a place to stay for vacation. Proximity to the airport is great.

Staff did not greet me at the front when I arrived to check in but instead I had to wait for them to finish their task then just rudely pointed to a sign on the wall stating that check-in is not until 3 and I can wait in the lobby or come back later then resumed her paperwork. Pros (+) I stay in this hotel when I have a very early morning flight (I live an hour from Richmond). The hotel is older, but well maintained and updated. The room has a refrigerator and plenty of outlets for laptops and phones. There is an exercise room and the breakfast layout was extensive. Staff are friendly and efficient.
