Pros (+) The Spa experience is a good take away for us.
Cons (-) Inaccurate information given from tour guides to push their products. Our servers were horrible at best. Seems there need to be some training to demonstrate that all customers should be treated equally. We observed on multiple occassions how we were treated differently in comparison to other guest. There won't be a repeat for us to Dreams La Romana.
