10,0 Excellent
Pros: The setting was beautiful and the building was charming. The atmosphere was that of being out in the country although the facility was in town. Everything inside was clean and nice.
Cons: Can't think of anything!
5,0 Okay
Pros: The room wasn't big, but had everything I needed and wanted - TV, microwave, mini-fridge, a place to work, a very comfortable bed and a nice shower.
Cons: The continental breakfast was lacking and there should have been instructions on using the television remote.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff very helpful , peaceful quiet location , perfect distance to larkspur ferry boat to San Francisco
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Love this place the owners are great the place is quiet clean and very comfortable!!
Cons: Nothing

Pros: It was a small complex. Good parking and easy access to room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: When we arrived the guy at the front desk was so nice! He made checkin quick and easy but was so friendly and nice! Will definitely come back.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The best in that place for that money. Nice and clean and comfortable. It is like home. Free parking. I'll definitely come back when I get here.
Cons: All good
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean, quiet place. Friendly staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk was friendly and helpful, they did not state that they had a complimentary breakfast (more like continental, but a nice surprise). Room was large, facility was quiet and clean. Great bang for the buck!
Cons: No place on the property to smoke. I consume medical cannabis, and I had to go on the street or in my car to do so.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Simple but good breakfast -- coffee, pastries and complimentary soft drinks, Great location -- close to highway and five minutes away from an excellnt hike.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I was traveling up the CA-1 on a motorcycle. I liked being able to park just outside my room door, so I could keep and eye on my bike. The room also had an excellent work/desk space and wi-fi speed was great.
Cons: The rooms are all in a row, with the office at one end. The furthest is room 101, so the higher the room number, the closer to the office. This makes getting the morning coffee a bit of a walk...but there is coffee in the room. Not much that can be done about this, as if would take reconstruction of the premises.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Charming building in a beautiful setting! Was clean and comfortable! Have already recommended it to other people. It may not seem important; but, was happy to find a nice grade of toilet tissue which is not found in similar establishments.
Cons: Not really!

1,0 Poor
Cons: Wasn't aware that most of the hotel was under construction and the pool was closed. There was extreme pounding, sawing, burning rubber smelling early in the morning. The whole floor we were on was cover with huge plastic tarps.
7,9 Good
Pros: Very good breakfast.
Cons: Hotel under renovation. Wait for the one elevator was ridiculous. Put on the 4th floor with my 95 year old mother. Would have been a disaster if a fire had occurred
5,8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast!
Cons: The whole place was a construction zone
7,1 Good
Pros: The room was good, just a little old. But comfortable.
Cons: When I booked I wasn’t made aware or were told that sections of the hotel were under remodel, so we were looking forward to using the pool and when we get there we’re told that the pool was not available, (when part of our trip was plan around relaxing in the pool) also the elevator was super crowded taking a long time, so we try using the emergency stairs headed out side, and it took us out where all the materials were located for the remodel and Couldn’t get out, had to squeeze out through them, in case of a real emergency gas would have been trapped. In a good note time in the city was great good weather.
3,3 Mediocre
Cons: Unfortunately the property is undergoing a major renovation that management has no control over. However, your staff's guest relations is something that your management has control over. We found that staff were either disinterested or slightly unprofessional -- in particular the front desk staff member Jesse.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Free parking Omelet bar at breakfast buffet
Cons: The entire property is under remodel. Had trouble finding the entrance as the main lobby is closed off. Sheets of plastic covered almost entire hotel. The room had a leak from the ceiling. It did not feel clean. We arrived late at night, went to sleep and could not wait to leave in the morning.
6,3 Good
Pros: Location. Price was right.
Cons: Self parking fee of $10 is just stealing from us. I don't appreciate being stolen from.
4,6 Okay
Pros: Cooked to order breakfast is a nice feature. Hotel is located next to Marin Civic Center, which has nice walking trails for morning walks.
Cons: Hotel is undergoing major renovation (not disclosed at time of booking), and is a mess. Room was not very clean. Same for common areas. We had to request maid service one day because maid did not make up room. Most staff was indifferent. (Sidney at front desk was friendly and helpful.) Hotel has about an acre of parking, but has begun to charge for self-parking.
3,8 Mediocre
Pros: Not much
Cons: Room had carpet with puddle of water, foul odor - worst Embassy Suites we have ever stayed
1,0 Poor
Pros: It was close to our event This hotel should never have been open given its condition during renovations.
Cons: This hotel was under renovation. The pool and exercise room were closed Plastic sheets everywhere. Regardless the whole place was filthy and the air quality was horrible. The Workers pounded and jackhammered all day.
7,5 Good
Cons: remolding noise
1,0 Poor
Pros: Decent location. Free breakfast.
Cons: The hotel was under renovation, which is not clearly stated in the description. Only fine print that fitness room is closed for now. We encountered the rudest bartender during the complimentary happy hour.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Price and convenience keep me coming back. The hotel is 15 minutes from the Golden Gate Bridge. Easy access to the Larkspur Ferry Terminal, Sausolito, and San Francisco. The rooms are clean and well supplied. Nice continental breakfast.
Cons: Parking is a little tight, but manageable. Always a space on site when coming in late. Some noise from adjacent rooms, but not bad.
7,5 Good
Pros: location very good near 101 freeway near downtown
Cons: more pillows no clock radio no shampoo only one waste basket
2,0 Mediocre
Pros: to leave
Cons: In the night some guests were screaming and arguing; afterwards a dog was barking for about 1 1/2 hours. The janitor just said, he is not able to do anything. The smell of our room was really bad and there was lots of mold in the bathroom.
5,0 Okay
Cons: The couple managing the breakfast room - mainly the woman - were quite rude. She reprimanded people if something wasn’t placed back exactly right. Spilled sugar crumbs were a catastrophe.
7,1 Good
Pros: The shower was really nice looking. It would’ve been great if the pressure was better
Cons: WiFi wasn’t good at all. Tv wasn’t either. Bed not too comfy
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant was clean and appealing. The food selection was very nice and plentiful. The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bed linens very clean and soft, the bathroom very clean and plenty of towels. The staff is very friendly, courteous, and accommodating.
Cons: There was a hole in the wall near the bed. There was what looked like a burn-hole in the comforter. The cooling/heating unit is noisy as is the bathroom fan, and when the cooling/heating unit is turned off, the room is stuffy. And there were noisy neighbors on both adjoining walls.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The woman at registration. she went above and beyond to help me.
Cons: The gentleman in charge of breakfast
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Love the pre-cut FRESH FRUIT (and the DIY waffles!)
Cons: Didn't see any scrambled eggs... I thought I'd had them at earlier stays at The Villa... maybe I missed where they were placed?
4,6 Okay
Pros: It was filthy outside and seriously neglected inside. Lights didn’t work. Toilet seat was broken. Smoke alarm was hanging from the ceiling by its wires. Fabric chairs were dirty. Not good at all
Cons: See above plus, the Villa was in a very undesirable neighborhood.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: I really like this place a lot. It is only a few minutes away from the shopping areas where Trader Joe's and WholeFoods are located, it is in a nice area of San Rafael and I love the breakfast. It is just not cereal and some type of donuts but you get fresh fruit, can make yourself a homemade waffle and bagels, danishes, etc...really like it here. And the rooms are nice. Ample amount of parking.
Cons: Nothing.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: First, the front desk has 3 really nice people that runs it. Very sincere and down to earth. Second, the rooms are very clean and they have nice bathrooms that are clean and up to date with showers, fixtures. Ample enough of towels in the bathroom. A nice size fridge (some rooms will have a fridge with 2 doors, one for a freezer and a reg fridge and other rooms I have noticed has a combo of a 1 door fridge). Cable and free wifi. The breakfast, which is from 7-10am, gives you lots of fresh fruit (bananas, pineapple and strawberries) cheese, bagels, cereals, muffins and pastries, boiled eggs, croissants, and you can make yourself homemade waffles for yourself! Nice and hot! Very clean area there. It is about 8 minutes from shopping like Trader Joe's and Wholefoods (across the street from each other). The location is great, very nice. You are right in from of the local bus (that goes up to Novato). Just a nice area.
Cons: Wish they also have tea pods, not just coffee (each room has a Keurig coffee maker and 4 pods) which is nice but, I would like to have some English Breakfast tea or reg tea...something and also, organic sugar and not plain sugar but this is just nitpicking.
10,0 Excellent
Cons: The best of the best. They were kind. Super cleaning. Very safe and silent zone. Great room.
