Pros: Room was great - clean, all amenities were wonderful. I would stay again. It was a good value - parking was plentiful and centrally located. Close to shopping and food. The traffic was light - the driveway is steep and enters into traffic - you have to be careful making a left but really a terrific place.
Cons: Only thing is the light near the front door was far away and hard to see the door/key entry area. Also my key kept on deactivating, but the staff were so kind and accommodating.

Cons: I would go there again. Perhaps need better elevator when remodeling is finished.
1,0 Poor
Cons: No lights no hot water no food
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: The updates look great!
Cons: I regularly stay at this hotel when I visit my son in San Rafael. This time, unknown to me, the hotel was going through renovations. Many areas were closed, the room was a bit dusty, and there was construction noise. $--- per night was way too high!
3,0 Mediocre
Cons: Would have been nice if I were forwarded about the construction. All that going on and still being charged those prices. Shame shame I would have stayed elsewhere if I had known.
7,9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was ok for the first day - - - then Marin county shut off electricity due to fires. There after the staff did what they could with cold food
Cons: Hotel was undergoing renovation and unless i missed it in ad - didn't say so. No pool, no exercise equipment. Charged $10 a day for self parking and i was expected to pay FULL FAIR for partial amenities and put with renovation noise during the day.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great, Frank was so happy every morning at breakfast. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
Cons: Cleaning stuff was not friendly and the room was not clean.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Staff was great. hotel still had power. Breakfast was wonderful.
Cons: Hotel was under HEAVY construction . Husband and I was with my 4 month old evacuating from the Northern California fire . Spend extra to have a nice nighthere after staying in a run-down Motel . Baby has asthma and we had to walk through debris dust.
2,9 Mediocre
Pros: It has potential but if it was not a location required by the wedding organizer, I would never have stayed once I arrived and experienced the poor facilities. My visit from Texas to this California location had limited options and I mistakenly assumed that this location was at Hilton standards. This was the worst hotel I have stayed in in at least ten years. Considering it was more than $200 per night, it was insult to injury to have to stay there. Maybe when the major remodeling is done it will be a better value, but the employees are pretty terrible too.
Cons: Our stay was billed as if it was fully remodeled hotel, however it was under major construction. The parking spaces were too small for a normal sized vehicle and your location employees coned-off premium parking spaces for themselves (one rode a motorcycle), forcing paying customers to pass these routinely empty spaces and walk further in the rain to your unfriendly temporary lobby. 1. The walls were thin. Could hear guests on both sides of us. Worse than a run down Motel 6. 2. The staff was not friendly at the “front desk”, at and around the daily breakfast or while cleaning the rooms. They were generally bordering on rude at every interaction. Most seemed to harbor disdain for their jobs. Maids cleaning rooms positioned their carts directly in the middle of the walkway and then laughed at myself, my family and other guests as they struggled to squeeze by them. 3. The drinking water “offered” near the only working elevator (which was EXTREMELY slow) was always empty. 4. The cold water in the bathroom sink did not work, so when the hot water (very hot) came on, washing one’s hands was very uncomfortable. 5. There was no sineage on the two “construction” elevators so my daughter and I used them to get from the third floor to the ground floor only to have the doors open to a tarped construction work area. Put up a sign. 6. Construction noise went into the night and started before 0800 both days of our stay I understand that the location is under construction, but that fact eluded the employees and company that runs the location based on the poor customer treatment. Super disappointing
4,0 Okay
Pros: The rooms have been freshly redecorated, not to my liking, but hipsters will like it.
Cons: Hotel is in the middle of a major remodel, a fact they didn't disclose until we got there. Dust and paint fumes everywhere. Pool and hot tub were closed. Only one working elevstor wa always too full to use. Parking and loading/unloading bags was a mess. You'd think they would lower the rate given all these inconveniences...nope, full rate. Staff were unsympathetic.
5,0 Okay
Pros: Room was nice. Looked like it had been freshly remodeled. The breakfast was great.
Cons: Currently under remodel leaving one elevator.
4,0 Okay
Pros: We like Embassy Suites and try to stay at them when they are available. Courteous staff.
Cons: Under major remodel. No pool, no recreation of any kind, hard to figure out where the front door is. The room we were in wasn't quite finished, maybe 90%, needs some more help getting light switches to turn on lights, and walls to look finished.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was going through remodeling, but the noise level was fine. I have no complaints for small inconviniences. Kitchen staff and meals were beyond what I expected.
Cons: No

8,3 Excellent
Cons: Very noisy at night, stench of someone cooking fried fish. Stayed here 4 times prior, this was far the worst.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. I like having a kitchenette.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Check-in person was SUPER unhelpful. We asked where we could find dinner. He told us to Google it because he didn't live nearby and had no idea where to go. He told us because we had kids he had to put us in a first floor room. We asked about using the pool and it was not open. Nothing was shared about a closed pool or hot tub until we went to the door to use it. There was a light that flashed from the fire alarm on the ceiling all night. There was a.loud noise that came from the hallway every 3 minutes. The Manager gave us $35 back for our experience which was nice of her, But it was a rough experience . I would recommend anywhere else
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Check in and out
Cons: I get it there are tons of hotels that have their a/c units under the window but the air gets caught in the curtain and doesn't really fill the room. The air was trapped in the window so you do get a little warm . Also the parking is a little clumsy ,
5,0 Okay
Pros: Nice size rooms, good location
Cons: Within minutes of entering the room, my toddler found a hypodermic needle! The management moved us to another room. The continental breakfast was pathetic. It consisted of a box of instant oatmeal, an electric kettle and brown water coffee. Zero effort.
6,0 Good
Pros: I’ve never had to go get my own towels before and have absolutely no room servicing while playing these rates. Only reason I would stay again the location worked for me. I’m not a fan of not just limited services, but, NO services! You should at least have some breakfast! Not just granola bars.
Cons: Location for an event I was attending
5,0 Okay
Pros: We booked 2 rooms and when we got there, there was no power or hot water. PGE has turned it off, but no one notified us. We were too tired to go somewhere else so we had to stay in a dark hotel. Took forever for someone to arrive at the front desk. No flashlights either. Drove to Home Depot to buy last 2 headlamps so we could see. No glasses or dishes in kitchenette. Scary walking around the halls!!! Can a refund be sent to me???
Cons: No power or hot water
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Value for the price
Cons: no

Cons: Dried urine splatter marks under toilet seat. Hazardous and completely unacceptable.

Pros: Room and location
Cons: Breakfast
10,0 Excellent

Pros: Good sized and well equipped rooms. Very comfortable and very quiet. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Good parking. Front desk staff helpful and friendly.
Cons: Banged up furniture. First 2 days, requested no room cleaning - just restock supplies and trash. They cleaned anyway, but failed to restock adequately and did not take out the trash. Multiple calls to resolve issue, remove trash and get needed items.

Pros: I was glad they had a restaurant so I didn't need to go elsewhere. Loved the breakfast provided. Also, enjoyed the complimentary cocktail provided.

Cons: No
