Pros (+) They're trying to bring the property up to Marriott standards. They have a ways to go.
Cons (-) My room wasn't serviced the entire time I was there. The room was also badly in need of an update. Breakfast was store-bought Jimmy Dean sandwiches and yogurt. No thank you.

Pros (+) Good customer service despite a overbooking problem, yummy breakfast offered (not complimentary).
Cons (-) Overpowering smell in the room likely from cleaning products. Hotel overbooked and we were downgraded from king to double bed.

Cons (-) I didn't like the adjacent doors that are now added to the rooms. Made me very uncomfortable during the night. There are latched on them, so I wasn't really sure if the door was locked.

Cons (-) They did not honor the pricing booked through Kayak. They charged me over double the agreed upon rate. They have a policy to not honor pricing if you don't book within their time window.

Pros (+) The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The facility is very well maintained and clean. The room was really nice and bed was comfortable. Fitness center was spacious and high tech - cold bottled water was a bonus.

Pros (+) Comfortable room with very friendly staff. We enjoy the stays very much.
Cons (-) My room is a bargain with almost 50% price of the regular room. Very good value but the room faces I-101 with highway noise. You may want to check with the hotel for better rooms.
