Cons (-) The sheets were dirty definitely wasn’t changed. The chairs were very loose. I was afraid to sit on them in case they broke down. Noise level was too loud until 1am. Staff wasn’t responsive.

Cons (-) The General Manager was rude to two disabled adult guests during check in. He said: "We have problems with those kind," humiliating these guests. He tried to cancel their reservation, saying: I don't care about the money." After being politely but firmly asked to honor their reservation, he let them check in.
