Pros (+) Everything was amazing! Hitesh at the front desk was wonderful!! He provided just the right amount of info and assistance and read our minds when we came back for our daily chocolate chip cookie! The restaurant staff was so nice and the breakfast delicious!! The grounds are beautiful! While the freeway is right there, we never heard it.
Cons (-) The bed was just a little harder than I prefer and the tv was in an odd place that you could only watch from one side of the bed but it didn’t matter much to us since we watched little of it.

Pros (+) Through Kayak the Appke Farm rooms are in the Trellis Court (vs "main" hotel), so there were less amenities in the rooms... that said, the rooms were head-and-shoulders above any other hotel we've ever stayed at. Love this hotel, the restaurant & shop.

Pros (+) I liked the look and layout of the Inn. The hotel and rooms were beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the complimentary items were a nice touch. Most of the staff members were friendly and polite, too!
Cons (-) Now and then, some of the staff members did not acknowledge the customers.
