Pros (+) Location is great, walking distance to main attractions
Cons (-) The room was very small, almost impossible to move arround for two people. Doors were not sealed properly, so all the noise from outside was heard also the cold was comming in. Breakfast area was really small and not suited for all guests. Only one round table, so some guests were standing or waiting for a place to sit
