Pros (+) Location is great, walking distance to main attractions
Cons (-) The room was very small, almost impossible to move arround for two people. Doors were not sealed properly, so all the noise from outside was heard also the cold was comming in. Breakfast area was really small and not suited for all guests. Only one round table, so some guests were standing or waiting for a place to sit
Pros (+) Staff was accomodating, but the room we were first assigned was unclean and clearly had a bed bug infestation.
Cons (-) Bed bugs in our room. We checked and noticed them immediately on the corners of the bed upon entering the room. There was a big dead one, and a bunch of droppings. A serious infestation. The staff was helpful relocating us to a room w/o them.
Pros (+) It was mostly clean and in decent shape for an older hotel. Location is great.
Cons (-) The double queen room was TINY, smaller than the average master bedroom. Night staff was great, morning staff not so much. No pool, no spa, very little parking, tiny room, and expensive. Maybe the cost is just typical San Francisco prices but it sure seemed alot for not much. Elevator quit working.
